Friendly staff member who worked hard - some don’t like doing pedis and it’s noticeable but not this time. Each person does it differently, would be better if everyone did it the same way.

I had a very nice dermalogica facial with Rachael. It was professionally done and was very relaxing! I have never had a facial at Beauty Box Yate before, I only normally have the beautiful eye package but I will consider treating myself more often to a facial as well!!

Firstly I used the automated booking system online which was ok until I arrived for my appointment to be told that they had no record of it and I would have to re-book. I did re-book reluctantly but then received a call on the day to say one part of my booking couldn't be done as they had gone home sick. I still went in for my eyebrow appointment however I am not overly impressed. They have been re-shaped too much and are much thinner than I wanted. Also I have had no compensation for the mix up even though I had to get my husband to leave work early for me to attend and it's too late to book elsewhere before my holiday in the morning. Not impressed.

Had a Hollywood Hot Wax with Rachel and it was brilliant. I was very nervous about going for the wax but she made me feel at ease, was easy to chat too and made the whole experience really good. Would thoroughly recommend her to any of my friends, thank you.

Sorry can’t remember the therapists name, but the salon got me in last minute for a wax as I was let down that morning, going on holiday the next day so they were very good and got me in, definitely can’t thank them enough. Would definitely go back and recommend them. Thanks again

Nicole was really friendly and enthusiastic in providing a good service. She efficiently soaked my off my gel polish from my hands and then went the extra mile to contend with my feet (bearing in mind this was not booked) saying it won't take long and is just buffing off the polish... a few minutes later it was done.

I've had my nails acrylic done once and then infilled. I can only say that they have lasted so long from March until June. Very strong and look natural. The staff are so friendly nothing is too much trouble for them.people say I could get them cheaper elsewhere but cheap works out dear if they need replacing. I've done my gardening as well and they haven't come off.

Had gel removed and nails tidied up. Great job. Will be back to have them done again as a treat now and again. Would love to have an option of paying less and having just clear gel reapplied for durability!?
