First time I’ve had my nails done and couldn’t be more pleased... Jackie was friendly throughout, talking me through each stage and I left feeling as sparkly as my nails.

Made it as painless as it could be. Very friendly

I had a full body massage including scalp and it was absolutely incredible. Right from the start the therapist (I’m really sorry but Iv forgot her name) put me at ease giving really clear instructions about where to put my things and lie on the bed etc. I really appreciated that throughout the massage she kept checking if the pressure was ok, as sometimes it can change, so this was perfect. my favourite part without doubt was the scalp massage, it was heavenly. I thoroughly recommend this if you can add it on. Thank you soo much, it was such a nice birthday treat.

My daughter and I had gel nails as a treat for her birthday. All the staff were friendly and professional. The salon was clean, warm and welcoming. We will be going back for another treatment soon.

Been getting my nails done for a few weeks here, love the results of the gel! They look amazing and the staff are lovely, would recommended :)

Never have a bad experience. Any did a great job with my nails which were very short too! Booked online for nails at 9.45 and eyebrows at 10.30 and had the confirm emails but something went wrong in the system but all sorted quickly by the team. Great service

I was initially booked in for the removal and reapplication of Semilac nails at 12.30 on Friday 1st. This was booked in during my lunch break. However after an hour, only the removal of the Semilac had happened and I had to leave without having the colour reapplied which was disappointing. The therapist advised that this would be another 15/20 minutes which I could not do given that I was on my lunch break.. This was very disappointing that it took so long as according to the website it should be and hour long in total. Furthermore, I got charged £15 for the removal and I have just checked the website and the charge for removal is £12. So all in all not a great experience and I wont be able to come again, as I cannot be assured that it will be done in an hour.

My eyebrows are fab everytime I see Asha! 100% recommend

Very concerned that the lamp was covered in cling film. Not sure that this is very safe and surprised because the salon has always been professional in the past. This is not a cheap treatment and I would expect the proper equipment.
