Really lovely therapist. I’ve had massages before elsewhere but amy was lovely. Asked about my back and if there was any area that I wanted for work too. She also asked if the pressure was okay and made me very relaxed. Definitely recommend.

Always try and book Asha for my eyebrow tint and shape as for me she is the best ! She is thorough and advises me on shape and colour and am really pleased with the result!

Asha has been threading my eyebrows for over a year now and has got them back to being a great shape after years of over plucking etc. She takes so much care and pride in making them look their best. I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

Always a pleasent experience here. Had a nice facial which was deep cleansing with quick massage. I bought a course of 3 as I haven’t had any in ages. Delia is sweet and polite and makes you feel at ease.

Came to the salon today for a facial, there was no-one on reception but a therapist carrying out a treatment took my name and advise I wait in the waiting area. 15 mins later (10 mins after my appointment was due) I asked the girl on reception if they knew when I would be seen, she advised I had not been received in as waiting so they didn't realise I was there but they were running late anyway. Meanwhile, the other therapists were talking about how a member of staff was late for her clients so they should all be late for their clients because it's not fair! It all felt really unprofessional and uncomfortable. My facial was as expected, it is quite a noisy salon so not the best for relaxation but fine for what I wanted. Hopefully this was just a stressful day in the salon and not how things usually are, however, I have been made to feel like I was a problem and this has put me off returning in the future.

Not sure of the name but she was blonde with highlights and was very attentive to the fact that I do not handle pain very well! She kept checking on me and did a good job.

Delia gave a great massage, having talked with me first about what I needed and checking if I had any allergies or pain. Delia was really good at working with muscle tension spots carefully but effectively.

Sorry I can't remember the name of the lady who threaded my eyebrows, lip and chin this morning because she was lovely. Not as painful as I was expecting and very pleased with the results.
Lighting could be better in the salon - brighter lights to check results would help.

Always friendly! I’ve had a lot of different therapists for my wax and all very friendly and chatty, but also professional. Asha has been going my brows for a few months and they always look amazing! She remembers me every time I come back and knows exactly what we’re doing!
