Georgia was great and provided a lovely haircut and style plus good advice, despite my very thick hair.
My hair cut was long overdue, but Sophie sorted it.
Heaps better and the cool Diet Coke was very welcome as was the air conditoned salon.
Sophie listened carefully to my daughter and checked with her at every stage of the cut. She is so pleased with the result and said, ‘it looks exactly like the picture!’ Thank you Sophie. As ever you do an amazing job.

A lovely haircut from Jess again, a nice relaxing salon
My stylist was fab. My first visit for colour. Hair in bad condition we chose a course of action to get it back to looking like real hair. I liked the colour but I feel it will need more visits to get it right. She sold me some products. I am on a really tight budget but I bought them anyway as determined to get healthy hair again. Appt made for next month.
From the first moment I walked in the door of Zappas my experience was above expectations. Tracy at reception was so kind and helpful and made me feel great (and I am not a regular at Any hairdressers ) so straight away I was at ease.
I was walking in on the off chance of getting an appointment and Tracy went out of her way to get me one in the afternoon with Sophie. I am a nervous customer when having my hair done but Sophie was equally as friendly and informative about cutting my hair. With this said I had a fabulous hair wash and head massage before Sophie cut my hair chatting all the time which reassured me. And I walked out feeling great about myself.

My stylist, please check to confirm her name was very good. She did a great job on my hair.
I was quoted at price for my hair before I came in.
When I had my hair washed she asked me if I wanted a treatment, I said yes. When I came to the bill a lot extra was added on to my bill. I have never been to a Salon where they charge extra for treatment. My wash and blow dry cost £52, which is a lot of money. I am disappointed I was not told about this.

Jess is one of my favourite humans - also an amazing hairdresser! - she always takes so much care & attention to my many hair requests! My only negative remark would be my hair wash & deep conditioner- shampooing was ok - person doing so not giving friendly vibes felt like she was going through the motions - talked to me briefly to look interested - didn’t feel like she wanted to be there - paid extra for a conditioning treatment- the treatment was not combed through - sprayed on rinsed off - I don’t feel my hair benefited from the conditioner at all - am disappointed with the feel of my hair when I got home - certainly for the additional money I’d have hoped for better.

I went to Zappas in Wokingham and the lovely receptionist told me they could take me straightaway. I can't remember the name of the stylist but she was extremely professional and I had a very relaxing head massage while my conditioner was put on. My hair looked good and was shining when the blowdry was finished and it was sitting perfectly 2 days later. I was given a complimentary coffee and all the staff were friendly and polite. I would recommend this place and I will definitely visit again the next time I am in Wokingham.

Reagan been cutting my hair for many many years and as always her cut is fantastic. I would never have anyone take cut my hair. She is just great.
