I really appreciated Georgia’s kindness and empathy when I arrived yesterday at the salon with severe peroneal nerve pain in leg which flared up just as I arrived . She understood my desire to get a great cut - and colour which it was as usual and did what she could to adapt the session /how she washed my hair etc to not trigger the pain and make my session as good as it could be in the circumstances .
