I’ve been going to Georgia for years now, and honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She gets it every time! Georgia really takes the time to listen and makes sure I’m happy with the end result (which I always am!).
Maddie is just lovely. She was unlike any hairdresser I’ve ever been to. She was so kind and supportive of my menopausal hair struggles. She gave me some invaluable advice and my hair was so much better after she advised me on what type of style would work and the treatment she suggested. Thank you Maddie.

I have fine hair and very often feel short changed as I pay the same rate, but am in and out of the salon in under 30 minutes often making me feel rushed. However, Sophie was amazing! Not only did she take her time, but she really ensured she was giving me the cut I wanted all the way through the process. I tend to find that other hair stylists ask me what I want before the wash, but can’t remember when I’m back in the chair or even remember what my hair was like when it was dry. She was warm and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Usually I see getting my hair cut as a chore and therefore put it off, but this felt like a real treat. Thank you so much, Sophie!
Overall a pleasant visit. Staff always welcoming and friendly Just to be mindful about attention to detail. Ie 'Would you like hairspray if its windy out?'As I had to come back.
As I was seeing my friends on Saturday night decided to have a blow and dry at the Zappas. Jess did my hair very well and I liked the ambience at the salon.
I have now visited the salon on 3 occasions Maddie has always looked after me she spends time to discuss what you want checks you are happy with the results and discusses what you would like in the future. She truly cares, I can say I really enjoy going to have my hair done now all the ladies are so lovely and make you feel special but so happy to have found Maddie she’s a star

Ria is the only one I trust to cut my hair as she’s brilliant. My colour was applied by Courtney , again really pleased. I highly recommend Zappas , the care and attention you receive from the minute you step through the door is exceptional.

Came to see Maddie today for a balayage, cut and finish. As always, Maddie was knowledgeable, friendly, charming, and did a fantastic job. In all honesty, I left today with probably the best hair I’ve had in my life!

Excellent suggestion to deal with sun bleached hair
Georgia cut my 6 year old daughter's hair today. She absolutely loves it and has been so proud so show everyone! Georgia was friendly and professional and has styled my daughter's hair so well. Great wash and blow dry too. Thoroughly recommend!
Jo and the girl who washed my hair were helpful. The colour was applied well. Jo was very good at the blow and dry.
