I really appreciated Georgia’s kindness and empathy when I arrived yesterday at the salon with severe peroneal nerve pain in leg which flared up just as I arrived . She understood my desire to get a great cut - and colour which it was as usual and did what she could to adapt the session /how she washed my hair etc to not trigger the pain and make my session as good as it could be in the circumstances . I have fine hair and very often feel short changed as I pay the same rate, but am in and out of the salon in under 30 minutes often making me feel rushed. However, Sophie was amazing! Not only did she take her time, but she really ensured she was giving me the cut I wanted all the way through the process. I tend to find that other hair stylists ask me what I want before the wash, but can’t remember when I’m back in the chair or even remember what my hair was like when it was dry. She was warm and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Usually I see getting my hair cut as a chore and therefore put it off, but this felt like a real treat. Thank you so much, Sophie!
