This was not a very pleasant experience. The water temperature for hair washing was very erratic and my head was burnt and as I moved my head away quickly the young girl soaked my clothes through to my back. She then led me to my seat with wet dripping hair. No apology no attempt to dry me off! Although this was a junior she obviously had not had enough training or health and safety warnings about water temperature.
Another stylist came to my aid with clean dry towels and Mel was very good drying my back and top with the hair drier.
No apology from the management but a 10% discount applied at the till.

Really lovely team that work at Harringtons Wokingham. Really enjoyed my afternoon there and came away extremely pleased with my hair! So welcoming to my little boy too (bonus)

Really impressed, Heather made an excellent job of styling my hair. Added advantage of being a new customer is that you get a free conditioning treatment and can return 3 weeks later and have a wash and dry and any tweaks needed -fringe etc for free. Definitely recommend.
