Brilliant hair colourist I have followed her from Reading. Then Marlow and now Wokingham worth following her to where ever she works I had a v good blow dry by Helen as well

Always nice to have my hair cut and a lovely chat with Mel.
Delays are inevitable, however I was not made aware that the length of delay would be 30 minutes. I had an appointment at 1:30pm, this meant my appointment felt rushed. This was outside Heather’s control and she did apologise for the delay.
Bottom line, I left with wet hair and rushed to get to my next appointment
