Imogen did a great root colour and bob cut. She was really friendly and adaptive to my health and heat triggers. Really appreciated this, she went above and beyond.
What can I say, in my opinion Zappas is the best hair saloon out there at every level. Their customer service is outstanding, and the professionalism is second to known. I have recently modelled for both Milly and Eloise at Beanoak Road and the haircuts have been spot on. I found both girls to be polite, professional, and really wanted to offer the best service and haircuts they could so well done. I would also like to say a massive thanks to the training staff who look after all the young girls working there and show them compassion and support at every junction of their career. So, from me, well done, thank you and keep up the awesome work and see you in 5 weeks.
Had an amazing appointment with Eloise today. I am delighted with my hair. I have very frizzy, dry and course hair and Eloise has made it so shiny and straight. My family commented on how amazing my hair looks and I feel a million dollars. It’s never looked this good! Highly recommend Eloise and the salon. Brilliant! 10/10 ! Well done!! Happy !! .
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Zappas, BeanOak. I was greeted warmly and then looked after by Eva. It was a great haircut a d great to be a part of the training session. The teacher was supporting her along the way but also enabled her to take the lead. Would recommend

Rosie was very good when it came to the colouring. She really knew what she was doing. However. I was disappointed with the blow dry. I asked to have some volume, but it was flat. Also asked for a good conditioner. Which I did not get.
I took my 88 year old mother in law for a cut and style as her usual mobile hairdresser is out of action. Everyone was very kind and patient and she remarked on how much she appreciated this.
