Toni&Guy Windsor opened in the Royal Borough 1989. As a salon we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service to each and every client.

Our talented team of stylist and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and creat hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and Balmain Hair Extensions. Our range of hair care products include Label.M, Kerastase and GHD to keep your hairstyle perfect until your next visit.

My experience was 5 STAR all the way!!
My first time in the salon. Salvatore did my styling and blow dry. It was PERFECT‼️. I will go back weekly for blow dry and as needed for cut n color. Everyone in the salon was very professional and attentive. Grazie mille tutti??? Cheers?

Highly disappointed as being a regular customer. I've booked my appointment 2 months ago, they haven't updated their phones availability so I could contact them.
My hairstylist ***** had a bad attitude, she was rude and unprofessional. She could not even suggest the right color for my hair. Lack of knowledge about the different hair types.
I was so upset that I had to walk out of the salon. She called me stupid and constantly arguing.
I was insulted by the staff member, she didn't even apologise and I had to leave the place. When I requested to speak to the manager or how to register a complain. No manager was available and non of the staff member was helping me to resolve it.

However not all Toni and guy salon are bad but Windsor one has definitely put me off.

I never had this problem in the past. I absolutely loved the staff and the treatment. They've always suggested the right haircolor in the past.

I'm never ever going back to Windsor Salon. If I could give below 1 star I would give it to *****.

Irina was so lovely to speak to today. She was so gentle with my long hair. I wanted a trim and she was incredibly knowledgeable about hair and made great suggestions about what I could do to improve the health of my hair. I will be returning to Windsor and look forward to this. The overall ambiance and atmosphere was lovely! It gave me an opportunity to relax from a busy schedule and I am grateful that both Irina and Salvatore provide service which is unmatched! Thank you Irina! ???

Very warm welcoming. I was offered sit and asked what I expect it today. I received profesional opinion about my hair I was adviced what is siuts me and what to avoid. They offered me 2 options ,explained the prices and proces. and I could choose what Is best for me. The results was aboved my expectation. I had the colour changed and brilliant hair cut.
