Its so dissapointing to read about your experience when coming to see us, I cant lie it has been a challenging few months... the leak was from a very old boiler we inherited with the salon and were unable to get a builder and plumber quickly to sort it out. The ceiling has now been done but we had yet another leak.( Fortunatley not so bad )
The salon was completley repainted just 18 months ago, i also noticed the marks on the walls so clearly the wrong sort of paint has been used.
Trays should be cleaned before each customer and young summer staff have helped us over the busy summer period.
Feedback is vital to any small business in these differcult times and i i appreciate your comments.
Hopefully see you again soon and you will see our lovely, friendly high street salon back to its old self.
