This time was a challenge: my son had not had his hair cut since COVID, but finally he decided it was time for a change! Being a somewhat unique circumstance, rather than using the straight forward Online Booking System, I phoned directly to explain what was what and book the appointment.
When we arrived, my Son was soon put at ease (he can be anxious). Jo soon sussed out what was required: chop most of the hair off, and start again by cutting & shaving the remaining hair to Factor 3. The transformation was professionally and neatly done - and most welcome! He certainly liked the change :-)
He hasn't booked a new appointment yet - we agreed that we would wait and see if he wants to keep his new image !!
