Excellent salon with fantastic hairdressers, feels so welcoming and like coming home or spending time with friends, Rob assessed my hair to ensure the cut really worked for me and I love the end result, Seb has previously cut my hair and gave the same fantastic service,
The salon is professional but friendly and welcoming, not intimidating or clicky as so many can be, you really feel everyone cares and are working towards being consistently the best, the delicious cake is a bonus too!

Fabulous as always

Really enjoyed my first visit after years of following my previous stylist who’s now too far. Beautiful salon, immaculately clean & airy with a calm relaxed atmosphere despite it being busy. I felt warmly welcomed and am thrilled to bits with my new hairdo by Rob who’s lovely, he totally gets curly hair! He is passionate about climate change, so the salon only use natural paraben free products produced by a company using their own wind farm & local farmers in Italy. Figoli also plants trees monthly to offset their own carbon footprint. I’m impressed and will definitely be a regular client now. Thank you Rob.

I’ve been coming to this salon for around 6 months now. I can honestly say it’s refreshing to have found a salon that has a relaxing atmosphere. I hadn’t dyed my hair for 7 years after such a bad experience somewhere else but I felt confident in Heidi and she really understood what I wanted. I am so happy. She also does the best blowdries! Thank you for always making my hair look and feel amazing!

Rob is an amazing hairdresser. I have extremely coarse hair and he always takes the time to do a nice neat cut.
He is not one of those hairdressers that rushes to get the job done. On top of the haircut we have a laugh ?
I travel one and a half hours to get my haircut but it’s definitely worth it .
I loved the homemade chocolate cake which accompanied my haircut.
I certainly recommend Rob .

This is hands down the best salon I have ever visited. The atmosphere is so relaxed and doesn’t have that judgy attitude you get from some salons. They have mastered very element from customer service, refreshments, products and the stylist are top notch! Heidi is my go to girl and she is excellent!! Keep up the good work guys and girls!

Please don’t tell everyone about this lovely salon or I might struggle to get an appointment!! I’m not the most comfortable in salons but there is a wonderful calmness about Figoli with staff that take time to listen and work with you to achieve the best results. Many thanks to Ellie and Seb!
