I love every visit to this salon, the atmosphere, the staff and the treatment make for the perfect escape while getting my hair done!

After growing my hair for for almost a year, it was time to give my hair some TLC. My previous hair salon had closed down and trying to locate a good hair stylist was hard to find. I was recommend Figoli by a relative who spoke highly of the salon, when i arrive the staff were very welcoming, Seb listened to what i wanted and suggested some ideas. He took his time and Seb did an amazing job working his magic on my hair, he styled my hair very well and i couldn’t stop smiling after I left. I highly recommend Figoli and especially Seb.

My hair was styled by Georgia for our Golden Wedding Anniversary. A lovely young lady and the salon & ambience very relaxing. I even had gluten free biscuits with my complimentary coffee! That was truly an added extra as not many salons cater for us! Will definitely be back and re commend the Salon!

Rob has created the perfect business model that all hair salons should follow… relaxing hygge environment- warm and Personal welcome - home made cake ( delicious) accompanied by refreshments and the most important .. a haircut that I love 💕

Today was just marvellous. Heidi was so knowledgeable and did exactly what I wanted and gave great advice on what we needed to do today and what we will do next.

The products used were also so yummy, I had to buy some!

So pleased with my cut finally found a stylist who does what I ask ?very attentive nothing to much trouble ?

Not quite sure why but going to a new salon can be quite daunting, however, there was absolutely no reason to worry. The receptionist was lovely and made me a gorgeous coffee and cake and Rob was wonderful. He spent time discussing with me what I would like and what would work and he was not wrong! Lovely conversation and amazing haircut/blow dry. I have rebooked!

Se is always the most professional and considerate and a pleasure to be in the company of as well as getting to know your style and preferences . The salon always has a pleasant and friendly atmosphere too!

My experience was outstanding, both before and during my appointment. I am a new customer and when I went for my hair consultation I realised I couldn’t get into the salon. I am a wheelchair user and there is a step to get into the salon. But instead of cancelling my appointment the owner Rob said he would purchase a ramp to enable me to access the salon. Trust me, such customer service and understanding is rare. So today I went for my appointment, entered the salon without a problem and my hair colour was perfect. Thank you, Eleanor and Tiffany.
