I cannot recommend Figoli and Eleanor enough. I booked my appointment in a completely desperate state in the hope that they may be able to perform a miracle. Eleanor exceeded all my expectations and succeeded in correcting an absolute disastrous colouring experience ( done by another salon) It was by far the best experience I have ever had in any salon with such lovely friendly service and a level of expertise way beyond any in the area!

Eleanor is an expert in colour. I always feel safe putting my hair colour in her hands. Eleanor is so knowledgable about hair colour and always takes great care to make sure it’s perfect. Eleanor thinks of the little things like if you want to wear your hair up she puts little highlights underneath so they are still be visible when wearing your hair up. I’ve been seeing Eleanor for colour for 10 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for colour.

It was such a treat and extra special to be back and having my hair done with Rob. He is THE BEST and gives so much care and attention to you. A beautiful salon with a great team. Thank you Rob.

I don’t normally go out of my way to write reviews, but this time I just had to. I have dark hair and I wanted a change. I wanted to lighten my hair but I was scared to look like a tiger. Great to be welcomed back in the salon. Caroline did an amazing job as always colouring my hair. I get complemented on the colour all the time.

A supurb small independent salon with a very calm atmosphere, not at all frenetic, like the bigger 'chain's type salons.
Caroline is a fantastic colourist who gets my colour right every time and always check that it is the shade or hue subtleties are exactly what I want.
Rob, the owner, cuts and styles hair perfectly - he 'gets' it when I try to explain what I want. He knows hair inside out and I am never disappointed.
A great little salon that I would highly recommend.

Caroline has been colouring my hair for many years ,a full head of highlights. After 7 months and lots of grey roots ,she had quite a challenge on her hands. All I can say is she did an amazing job and I was so happy with my new colour. I feel so much more confident now and I want to thank her for a truly professional job. She is always so friendly and listens to what I want
and over the years has tweaked the colour( due to the increasing amount of grey) so that it looks totally natural. The products they use in the salon are of a high quality, and leave my hair feeling in amazing condition and very shiny.You always get a warm welcome at Figoli’s and they are a truly lovely team ,who make you feel valued as a customer. Many thanks Caroline for a fantastic colour,I absolutely love it.

The salon is designed beautifully and very clean with all the Covid measures in place! Coffee, and other beverages are served with lovely little biscuits,which is a lovely part of the service.
