Heidi is absolutely superb and my new self appointed hair doctor. I’m in that unfortunate phase of my life where the Peri Menopause along with significant life stresses has really taken it out of my hair. I once had very thick long and smooth hair now it’s course breaking and thin. Over the past few months Heidi has started a repair journey with me and am now really feeling and seeing the benefits. She had interrogated life habits, diet, menopause, sleeping habits how the hair is worn and cleaned and has slowly used her diagnostic skills to target the main causes so a plan of action can be formulated to see me through this transitional phase of my life. It’s not cheap but you are getting a high quality service. Thank you Heidi

As he always does, Seb took great care finding out what I wanted from my cut. He took time to with both wash, cut and styling and I am very pleased with the result.

I’ve been going to Figoli Hairdressers since it first opened, and it’s been consistently excellent from day one. Rob and the team have created a salon that strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and professional, you instantly feel comfortable, but you also know you’re in very safe hands.

The standard of cutting is superb every single time; they really listen and always deliver the perfect result. It’s the kind of place where attention to detail genuinely matters.

As a bonus, the hospitality is lovely, great coffee and fresh baked cakes or a drink if you fancy a treat while you’re there. It all adds to the experience and makes it feel like more than just a haircut.

I came today to the salon for my first time to get a cut and blow dry, following an amazing in depth colour consultation from Amy. I had Heidi cut my hair and she was absolutely amazing. She was really honest about what would look good for my hair, what was possible, and really understand what I meant and would actually like. I really love when a hairdresser listens to you and you don’t feel rushed and they’re invested in what would look good, and using their expertise to give the best advice. Heidi did an AMAZING job I am so happy and have had so many compliments. I usually hate getting my hair done because I’m worried I’ll be disappointed but I absolutely loved my experience. The salon itself is gorgeous, and I felt so relaxed and Heidi clearly knew exactly what to do and I am so over the moon. I can’t wait to come back soon, thank you so so much Heidi!

As always it is such a treat to visit Figoli. Everyone is so friendly, Modak colours my hair magnificently, and my straight blow dry was amazing. Don’t forget the delicious cake and coffee too! I highly recommend that you give Figoli a try!

What a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is so relaxing, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Very seldom, if ever do you actually hear laughter in a salon. Got served a delicious cappuccino and a little of cake. Lovely touch. Helen did an incredible job on my hair and really took note of my history of my hair (proper disaster). She explained everything to me and why she was doing it. Very excited for my future appointments next year. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful experience.

I've been growing out my hair these last two years after an illness. Having had bad experiences at the hairdressers previously, I'm always super anxious trying somewhere new. I've seen Modak a couple of times this year and each time she's done an amazing job of getting my hair closer to where it needs to be and I can feel my confidence growing. Today, I went in for a cut with Amy and colour with Modak (taking the plunge with another 1.5 inches off the length)! The colour is perfect, not a spot was missed and the cut is amazing! I feel more and more like me every time I visit Figoli. Thank you Amy and Modak!!

Rob had never met me before but he got me straight away and gave me a haircut that was just right. Felt thoroughly spoilt and will definitely be returning. Had good banter and a real pamper which gave me a spring in my step as I left the salon. Highly recommended.

Rob first cut my hair 25 years ago, and I lost touch 12 years ago… I’ve finally found him again and in true form he gave me the most amazing cut, exactly what I wanted and on top of that the atmosphere in the salon was warm and welcoming! Great place!

Ive been using the same hairdresser for 20 years and she retired, recommending Modak as a replacement for my balayage. I was nervous to try someone new but my God did Modak did an incredible job. Modak did a brilliant job. I have curly hair that has always been unruly with its own mind. I have now been coming to see Modak at Figoli for a few years. She is the only hairdresser that manages to cut and tame my hair. Modak is an exceptional hairdresser - she is honest and professional giving perfect advice each time I visit. I travel an hour to the salon and it is always worth it as I always leave extremely happy. Thank you so much Modak!

I’ve been having my hair cut and coloured at Figoli for a long time, and every single visit is an absolute treat. Modak is just fantastic, as are the young ladies who wash and dry my hair. To be fair the entire team are nice! They always go above and beyond to make each appointment a truly enjoyable experience.
From their friendly, “nothing is too much trouble” attitude to the delicious coffee and cake, everything is always great. Not forgetting a fabulous cut and colour!
They found clever and considerate ways to wash my hair on days when my PD is acting up, all without any fuss or awkwardness. It’s those thoughtful things that really set them apart.
They’re a lovely bunch of people and I highly recommend paying them a visit!
