Always a pleasure to visit T&G, today Nickie magically added colour to my hair and Chloe did the wash and massage .

Overall Fantastic experience as usual. Thrilled with my hair highlights and new cut . Dora is very knowledgeable and know exactly what my hair needs . She is friendly and we have a good laugh. . Chloe watched on and when I went to the washing area she made sure I had the massage chair which I love and my head massage was excellent too. A great atmosphere in the whole salon. I look forward to my eight week appointments . Well done .

My teenage daughter wanted quite a radical eighties haircut from an image she took along to the salon. I was worried about it however Fedora translated it into a fabulous cool look for her .So pleased with the result !!

Thank you very much for the excellent hair cut and the whole very nice customer service. I like Jonathan’s attention to details and focus to achieve good looking result. I appreciate very much he agreed to give sort of second try and cut my hair slightly shorter after drying them (second choice suits me way more ???), rather then staying with first length agreed between us at the very beginning.

So god to get my hair done by Dora after such along time. Great colour and cut. Took a while but I knew I was In the right hands. She took hr time giving apt of care and attention even staying late after closing.

I booked an appointment on their website weeks ago (when we first were allowed) for this morning. I arrive on time, and it seems either a tech error or I had a brain fart and booked the appointment for Jan 2022!!! I could have cried, being my first post lockdown haircut and I was desperate. They were able to fit me in for a few hours later and saved my tears. Can't thank them enough!

Dora certainly gives you that 'good factor' in every way.
My hair is back to looking fabulous and despite the barriers of masks/PPE, she takes the time to listen and share. Once again, I left enjoying the whole experience.
