Finola has been doing my hair for nearly 5 years now and I wouldn't go to any one else. I have experienced many changes with my hair over the last few months due to chemotherapy, Finola has taken extra special care to ensure I am comfortable with my new hair ‘ and she has looked after me so well, as to have all the team at Sarai .

Chloe cuts my son's hair brilliantly. He is only 4 and so doesn't always sit easily, but Chloe is always patient and easy going, as well as always being super friendly and polite. His hair looks great at the end and he has always enjoyed the experience. Thank you!

When you decide to have your hair cut very short and to colour it very boldly you put your self confidence and trust into the stylist. I know that when I go to Sarai’s I will be treated with kindness and honesty and that my stylist, whoever she is, has been trained to listen carefully to what I am hoping to achieve. Amy went above and beyond and gave me one of the best short haircuts I have ever had. Not only that, she judged the timing of the bleach and toner to perfection and even managed to eliminate the dreaded brass crown that often appears when it has been coloured. I am so grateful that she didn’t dismiss my desire for a really brave cut and encouraged me to ‘rock it’. As always, this salon is a joy to visit. You feel safe, confident and comfortable. A real haven in these difficult times! Thank you, Amy for persevering and getting the colour and cut just right.

Lianne fitted me in at short notice when my usual stylist was away. My colour is perfect and Lianne did an amazing cut, this was the first time she had cut my hair - I was very impressed! The whole salon experience at Sari is wonderful, every visit feels like a real “me time” treat.

Finola was patient and spent time with me, with photos and advice, regarding my new haircut. She also ensured me that the cream she used on my hair was of natural ingredients after I informed her that I did not want toxic chemicals on my hair. She provided good customer service

The salon is very welcoming and you're made to feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door, offered drinks throughout. The wash and cut was great and I was provided with great advice from Rees who saved me from a potentially horrific hairstyle!

Last night was the Final Cut from Katie as she leaves the salon she will be very much missed . Salon is very well run and staff always pleasant and focused on excellent customer service with eye on detail and quality haircuts. Would like bacon rolls made available as well as tea and coffee!
