It was my first time visiting Sarai. Staff are friendly & accomodating I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. Shannon who attended to me is lovely & accomodating. She made sure that I’m happy with the result. I’m looking forward to come back again soon. Thank you Shannon for looking after my hair, i am so pleased with my new hair style🤗 💇🏻‍♀️

As always with this fabulous salon, my experience was perfect. Finola is a first class stylist and always makes my troublesome hair look lovely. It’s never just a hair appointment at Sarai, it’s always a wonderful all round experience. I would never go anywhere else.

Fin is an excellent hairdresser who always listens to what you want. I have never had a bad haircut from Fin. She is brilliant at recognising what you want and advising on what suits your hair and face shape.

Was very unhappy with a cut which had been done elsewhere. The restyle done today looks great. Very happy !

Had an extremely disappointing experience. I had booked for my 9 year old daughter to have her hair cut and put in French plaits. The girl clearly wasn’t able to do this well and I could have done it myself. Not what I’d expect at the hairdressers. - lots of bits of hair sticking out , quite loose. I pointed out a few times lots of hair sticking out and wasn’t happy to pay £25 for this. She was defensive and rude. Experience was ruined for my daughter. By this morning it was all hanging out and I had to have a friend do an emergency fix of her hair before her sch residential.
It has sadly put me off ever returning to the salon. She left the salon with it not looking anywhere as good as it should for £25. I’m disappointed I was still expected to pay the full amount even though I’d make it clear I was unhappy. Zero customer service.

The junior stylist did a good job. Was friendly and keen to learn.

Shannon has done a wonderful job! She went above and beyond my expectations, she took her time and made me feel comfortable through her skills and manners. She was extremely polite and ensure everything she was doing was to my liking. Sarai is very lucky to have her!!

Leah was very friendly and approachable and did a splendid job on my daughter’s extremely thick hair by cutting and styling it so that it’s more manageable for her.

Lovely Amy has been cutting my 12 year old son hair for a little while now. She always listens to him and does a superb footballer haircut which both me and him think is really cool. Quote from the boy “she is cool and I love it”

Chloe did a great job on my hair today! It started with a very relaxing shampoo complete with a head massage so it was really relaxing.
I have quite a lot of hair and it is long! Chloe used a Dyson hairdryer which I hadn't experienced before. Fir a tiny dryer it was really efficient. I had to ask to feel the weight of it and it was really light!
Chloe trimmed my fringe little by little and then thinned it out slightly.
I opted to have some serum on it as a finishing touch.
Chloe did exactly what I asked for- a lovely straight blow dry.

Finola is a great stylist and I always have a haircut that I love.
Sarai is a relaxing environment, with very professional staff.

Wonderful cut and colour as usual. Great customer relations. A hardworking and friendly salon that deserves it’s continued success.
