Another very pleasant experience today at Sarai. Amy and I are still getting used to one another but I’m enjoying chatting to her and she is trying hard to give me the style I want. The young lady who washed my hair did a good job of that too, and I had a lovely head massage.

Today I had a cut & blowdry with Sarah, she was great in advising what would work best for my hair and recommended some great products. A very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Erin took time to find out what I would like colour wise for my appointment next month. She listened to advice from her colleague and explained the choices and method.
Erin made the appropriate notes so that my expectations will be met.
Because I haven't had a skin test there recently Erin explained that sometimes medication can affect how our bodies react to hair dyed or formulae can change.
She also explained what to do if I have a reaction and how long to leave the dye in situ.
I look forward to my next appointment!

I’d booked to have a cut with a junior who was building her confidence but have very tricky hair (thick) which needs quite a technical cut. Sarah used my appointment as an opportunity to train three juniors on the technical skills required for my cut. She was patient and talked the juniors through what she was doing and why so they could learn from her. I have left the salon with a restyle exactly as I’d shown from photos I had with me. Sarah is a fantastic teacher and the juniors she was teaching were eager to learn. A 10/10 service from the whole team at Sarai and big thank you from me. I’ve already had lots of fab compliments on my new style.

I went in to treat myself to have my eyebrows, shaped & then tinted along with my eye lashes. I also had my nails sorted. Loved it all.

I have been visiting Finola for 5 years now and she has always worked her magic on my hair. Since being diagnosed with cancer my hair has gone through some serious changes due to medication, Finola has helped me to adapt to my ‘new hair’ and made me feel happier and confident with the changes. I always walk away feeling fabulous and walk away liking ‘the new me’.
