I had my first appointment at the salon, having moved to follow Nadia and I wasn’t disappointed! Lovely environment and atmosphere, very attentive staff , a great experience!

Outstanding service by Millie today who coloured my hair followed by Sarah who cut and styled my hair. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Fabulous salon and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a Reiki session with Lisa this week and it was a really beautiful experience. She has such a calming presence and I felt completely at ease throughout. Afterwards I felt lighter, more centred, and very peaceful. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone curious about Reiki or looking for some healing support.

Natalie was fun, friendly and styled my short hair absolutely perfectly!

Millie is lovely, shes always friendly, polite and listens. Shes efficient and does a great job. I can relax in the salon, there is a nice vibe about it.

I had my hair cut today by Niamh, one of the apprentices, and she did a tremendous job. She was professional, attentive, and clearly very talented, with great support and guidance from her manager, Sarah. I think Niamh has a very bright future in the industry, and I have booked in with her again. Highly recommended!

I was new to balayage, but Zoe explained the process and worked with me in maintenance. I left feeling confident with such rich colours and softness to my hair. Combined with a refreshing cut each time I know and trust Chloe. It's very pricey though.

Niamh (under Sarah’s close guidance) was caring and professional and I was extremely pleased with my new short bob hairstyle.

Always an enjoyable experience

Lovely young lady. Cut and styled as requested.

Jay is certainly a rising star. His mannerisms, warmth and colour application skills are commendable. However, I’ve been a Sarai client for 3-4 years now and I know that even negative feedback is helpful. The two points that could have been improved on:
1. I didn’t have a towel for my hair wash (+treatment), so I did end up with a very wet back
2. I was left with awful stains on my skin. I know some staining is expected but this was erring towards humorous, down my forehead, neck and sides of my face.

Other than that, I’m happy with the colour, and like I said, jay shows promise, just perhaps a gentle word about the above may go a long way.

I was made very welcome by Rees. She did a good haircut, as always.

Moved to the Berkshire area in January and I’ve been to Sarai twice. Both times have been such a good experience, warm and welcoming. The salon is clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly and professional. The little touches go a long way like the back massage chair while you’re getting your hair washed.

Visited today for my hair system maintenance. It’s been a year with the system and it has been life changing! I love it! Sarah and the team are so friendly, professional and truly care for their clients… it’s a joy to visit.
