had my hair cut by Leah last week and unfortunately it was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I asked very clearly for a lob (a long bob that sits around shoulder length) and even mentioned that I wanted it about the same length as her own hair. Instead, my hair was cut into a very short, blunt bob—nothing like what I requested. There was no texture, no shaping, and the cut itself wasn’t even straight.
I was honestly in shock when I saw the final result and went home and cried. I ended up going to another hairdresser for a second opinion, who confirmed that the cut had been done poorly. I now have to pay for hair extensions just to make my hair look presentable again.
I’m extremely disappointed with this experience and would not return. I would strongly advise being very cautious if booking with Leah, as my haircut was drastically different from what I asked for and has caused me a lot of distress and additional expense.

I came in for a blow-dry before my Christmas work party, and Lucy did a fantastic job. My hair was styled exactly how I wanted, and the salon had such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere.

Lisa is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in her trichology appointment. She will explain any problem you may have to give you a greater understanding of this person concern.

Leah did a fantastic job on my cut and colour, and Niamh styled it really nicely! Really appreciate Leah spending so much time to get it looking perfect 👌

Yesterday I had my hair done and instantly I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable the second I came inside. Throughout the whole process of getting my hair done, Lucy always checked in on me making sure that I was happy with the length & layers. Lucy is so friendly, honest and amazing at her job!
Also, thank you to Millie for cutting in my bangs for me. I love my hair & I will definitely be coming back in the salon when I’m due for a haircut ☺️

Nadia had a really good chat and asked exactly what I was looking for. I asked her advice on my hair colour and she helped me with that. Very pleased with result she did exactly what we had discussed. Will definitely return!

I had a Reiki session with Lisa this week and it was a really beautiful experience. She has such a calming presence and I felt completely at ease throughout. Afterwards I felt lighter, more centred, and very peaceful. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone curious about Reiki or looking for some healing support.
