TONI&GUY in Bracknell

This was the best haircut I’ve ever had. I love changing my hair and experimenting and the stylists understood perfectly what I was going for. Dana was informative about the products, and everyone made me feel completely comfortable. I’m so pleased I came to Toni&Guy Bracknell. The talented stylists really know what they’re doing!

We were passing by and daughter had wanted her hair re-coloured for ages. The manager was amazing and explained her hair was too damaged. She arranged a beautiful cut supporting Amelia a trainee (good luck Amelia, you were amazing xx). I ended up having my hair done too, we had a really lovely afternoon. I have been coming to this branch for many years. Hannah is my stylist & is superb, always listens to what I’d like and advises me also. Sophie & George are great & are very accommodating if I have to change my appointment at short notice. I cannot recommend this branch of Toni & Guy enough!!! Brilliant!!

I have been having my haircut by Hannah every month or so for over a couple of years now and she always does a fantastic job and as well as being a great stylist, she is also a great person, coming over as being very personable. Thank you Hannah!

Chloe, you make me feel like I was on holiday, the head massage was amazing , customer service probably the best in whole Bracknell and I left the salon happy and beautiful, my hairstyle was exactly what I wanted, thank you guys, definitely will be back xxx

Haircut by ***** is awful, she spent about 2 minuets cutting my hair and didn’t even bother cutting the front. £43 to cut the back of my hair and a crap blow dry, won’t be coming back!!!

Each time I visit there is always a warm welcome and a professional service. An oasis of calm in a busy life

Had my root touch up with ***** today. She applied the colour in less than 15 minutes and I was left with it on for 45 minutes which seems an awfully long time. The colour was washed off by a junior and blow dried which also took ages. The shampoo and conditioning massage was not great my hair still feels like there is colour on the roots and the blow dry was not good I left with my hair still damp. I was charged £50 which is a lot of money for 15 minutes time with a stylist and the remainder of my appointment and treatment carried out by someone who was extremely novice. I am happy to have a junior blow dry my hair if I am asked up front but am not happy to pay full price when I am not expecting it. I now have to rewash and dry my hair for my evening out myself. Not what I paid for.

Such a wonderful experience, great shampoo, advice and a wonderful cut. Laura was lovely. I will definitely come back and recommend Laura to friends.

Very impressed with my results, looked after well by Hannah would definitely recommend, looking forward to having my hair done again.

Came in for advice as I'm a nervous client and Laura had a chat with me and put me at ease. Her client cancelled while I was there so she offered me the slot so I wouldn't bottle out and she did the best cut I've ever had and gave me simple advice on how to get my hair to do what I want it to without faffing for hours. I would never go anywhere else now to have my hair done. They’re such a friendly team and you’re made to feel so welcome. They have an incredible wealth of knowledge and can advise you on anything you’d like done. I have my hair dyed red and I’m so glad I did it here. I’ve not looked back since! Such a professional job and you can tell everyone is so passionate about what they do with how much care and precision they put into their work. If you’re local or even if you have to travel far I would highly recommend!!

I first met Sophie who helped me grow old gracefully by suggested colouring my hair to suit my age and complexion which has been admired by many. Due to her popularity I moved to Hannah who has carried on her good work and cuts my hair in a bob to the envy of of all my friends. It is a wonderful atmosphere Sophie and Georgie create on their salon.

This was my first visit to this salon and I am pleased to say that I was really impressed overall with the service received and the friendliness of the staff. I really liked how Hannah did my highlights and I will definitely be booking further hair appointments with her.

Sophie gave some really good advise about which colour highlights to go fif that would go with my skin tone. Also advised how to get an overall colour by starting with a section then a half head then a full head and continuing this process.

Also Jess was very good and I will be going along to the training nites for a cut and blow dry soon.

Really lovely cut by Hannah as always, particularly lovely shape this time. Best ever massage during my hair wash with Jess. No staining on my face at all when she done my roots.

After recent heatwave I decided to have hair cut! Hannah advice to cut it short! Anyone can just cut your hair , but professionally skilled stylists are needed to do the job properly! I am really pleased what she has done! Thanks! Excellent service! Thanks for a coffee!
