Ethan, as usual, was chatty and cheerful despite the fact that I haven't been there to colour my hair for one year, due to my chronic illness. He is skilful in his job and coloured my hair thoroughly. He understood my long absence and tried to cheer me up with his interesting episodes of his holiday abroad. I always have such a wonderful experience at this salon, and a huge part of that is Roisin. She is an incredible hairdresser – so knowledgeable, talented, and skilled, especially for someone so young. She really listens, gives great advice, and consistently delivers amazing results. I genuinely love going to see her; my appointments with Roisin are always a highlight of my day, and I leave feeling so much better than when I arrived. The only slight disappointment from my most recent visit was that one of my earrings fell out while I was having my hair washed. The girl who was washing my hair was extremely apologetic, and I reassured her not to worry because I thought it was one of my less expensive earrings. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realised it was actually my diamond stud. These things can happen, and I appreciated how sorry and concerned she was at the time. Overall, the service is always fantastic, and Roisin is an absolute credit to the salon. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, professional, and genuinely lovely hairdresser.

Always good to have a haircut with Chris. However, the quality of the hair wash/blow dry is variable. Leaving the salon with a beautiful, long lasting blow dry should be a given at this price point.

I have been coming to The Colour House for many years and one of the main reasons is the staff. Everyone is of the highest standard including the junior staff. Because of this I can choose when I want to visit rather than be dictated by when a stylist is available as I know that I will always get a high level of service. It’s so great to have that confidence in all the staff. Always friendly and professional!
It is almost a year since I moved to Ascot and discovered The Colour House. Lucy takes time to check what result you want and care in delivering that. She is also very friendly and makes getting a haircut a treat
