Always a pleasure

Found a groupon voucher for a cut and blow dry and thought I would give the salon a try.
I was seen to straight away and offered a drink. My hair was recently cut short and needed a tidy up. Sinead done my cut and blow dry and I liked the finish result more than I did when I first had it all cut off in the first place! Will definately be returning x

Unfortunately my experience wasn't so great. Staff were nice, even though there were only 2 people working. I came out the salon exactly the same as when I went in. I was very clear about what I wanted but now I am having to go to another salon to get a proper cut so its costing me twice as much now. It really doesn't look like I've had my hair cut at all

A warm friendly salon with very talented stylists! My hairdresser is heather who is a very experienced senior stylist!! Heather always makes me feel very welcome and always makes sure that I have my favorite mags to read and a nice cup of coffee!Hi everyone - we said about meeting up for tea/coffee and cake somewhere! These are the dates that I'm free - 12th, 24th - 27th August, 1st & 2nd September. Is anyone else free on these dates!! Not sure if we are inviting Lucy but I haven't got her number!! Txx! I recently had a birthday so I enjoyed a special birthday offer of 10% off my bill, if used within 14 days! On every visit to the salon you receive a stamp, once you complete 6 Stamps you receive 20% of your bill! I think it's a great idea and it makes me feel like a valued customer!! Keep up the excellent work!!

Would it be possible to have decaffinated coffee as an option for a hot drink please. Even if it's just instant from a jar. That would be great thanks.

When you go on holiday to a place that really fills a hole in your soul, you're in doubts about telling anyone, incase you open the floodgates of tourists and ruin the place. I'm feeling the same here! It really is a great salon, always has been, but 10x more special since it was taken over by the new owners early this year. Constantly making small changes that add up to a really great atmosphere and environment. It's beautiful and relaxing, the stylists are nothing short of wonderful.

First impressions loved the front of the salon, walked in to friendly staff.
My long hair was badly in need of styling. I came out transformed with silky locks, walked back to the car with a spring in my step!

I always get my hair cut and highlights done by Abby. I wouldn't go anywhere else - she always listens to what I want done and gives great advice. Never had a bad cut here and would highly recommend. Also, there is a really nice and friendly atmosphere in the salon.

I found the lovely relaxed atmosphere a real treat! They are really friendly and chatty. You feel right at home. I was very happy with the cut and the professional advice and suggestions.

This place is a true gem. I am a sporadic hair cutter. And I've never liked a place enough to go back. I was a bit nervous because my last hair cut was not to my taste. I booked on the day and my fears were unfounded. I got a great cut for a bargain price with a groupon voucher.
We got started within a few minutes of my appointment time and stylist was very receptive to my "I don't cut my hair that much. I need to get rid of the split ends. i loved my hair. And have recommended the salon to my sister and friends.

Wasn't kept waiting long for my appointment. Arrived a bit early & was offered magazine & a drink while I waited. Couldn't fault the girls there. Only disappointment was that when the phone rang staff had to stop what they were doing to take the call. Have Saturday jobs become a thing if the past for trainees?

Sadler's has some fantastic hair stylists and I am very fussy about who does my hair. In the past both Natalie and Sinead have done an amazing job with my very thick, hard to manage hair. Today I had my hair coloured by Heather and I'm very pleased with the shade and the service I received.

I had sinead ad my stylist. She was very lovely and did my hair perfectly. I will definitely be using your services again. Hopefully with Sinead... Thank you :)

Lovely hairdresser and nice haircut though only a trim which i asked for, the only negative is I felt my appointment was rushed as the hairdresser said another customer was very late hence was trying to catch up with her time, also hairdresser didn't wash my hair just conditioner. Thankfully I had washed my hair night before.

I have been going to this Salon for nearly 19 years and I have always received great customer service and always come out with a great haircut and a smile on my face. All the staff are friendly couldn't ask for more.

I have been a customer for 16 years, I love Aveda products as I am sensitive and they suit my skin. Sinead is my current stylist and does a fantastic job of my highlights and a precise cut. Natalie is also lovely and talented and was my stylist for 13 years before she went on mat leave. I drive from Bedford every 8 weeks for my Sadlers treat. Aveda is more expensive than other salons but I am happy to pay for the quality.

Natalie straightened my hair for first time and did a great job - I love the way she blow dries and have been getting compliments - I am definitely going to be a more regular customer.
