I was told that I would be unable to get electrolysis because of my fine hair, fair enough but I already paid a deposit the day before because I was told to. Then the lady told me I could get waxing done, she waxed my face with hot wax without checking if the temp was okay and didn't do it it patches that meant huge areas of my face were left with hair. I will never come back here again I am so disappointed.

Not the cheapest place to get your eyebrows done in Luton but it you want a salon who looks after you and use absolute care with your face, this is the place for it. I will certainly visit again. Wonderful staff as well who made me feel relaxed.

I've been going to Elysium for sometime now and have always had a great experience. Their service has always been of a high standard. Currently, undergoing laser treatment with Jenny. Highly recommend her. She is very informative and also makes the whole treatment enjoyable. Jenny is very thorough with the laser. I am seeing great results with my treatment! Most definitely recommend Elysium to others!

The experience was good but I feel like the callus peel was not what I expected from what I have seen online as in how it is done as well as the hard skin removal which I feel could have been better. The whole experience I feel was ok but for the results I feel it was a bit on the expensive side. I was not too happy with the nail polish application. It was patchy in areas.

Had a full leg and bl wax today.
First time ever to wax and Leah made me feel so comfortable. I was really nervous but I needn't of been.she was very professional and efficient.

Had a facial and gels on feet and hands from the pick and mix deal. Great value and lovely relaxing facial.

I had a very strong well-being massage, it was nice and fulfilling. I would request that the music was on before I came in but apart from that it was relaxing and a good massage.

Definitely needed the 3 treatments.

The lady who did my waxing made me feel very comfortable and at ease and was very paitent with me. Really happy with the results and would definetly recommend.

Lovely therapist Anji made polite conversation with me, I felt really relaxed.
I would definitely book to see her again.
I felt that £52 was a little steep for a standard gel removal and reapplication. I usually pay around £35 for the same service with builder gel which takes the same time but appreciate all salons have different overheads and I’m happy to pay if I’m getting a fab service like I did today but would hope for better products.
Unfortunately the gel polishes appeared to be running very low so the products were applied sparingly. I know gel is supposed to be thin but this was sparse. I love the colour, I thoroughly enjoyed being able to relax throughout my appointment and Anji was lovely but the product and my nails feel flimsy. Will rebook again though. Thank you for fitting me in x
