After an original cut from Grace I was struggling to style my hair the same as Grace had. Georgina trimmed in to my hair a bit more and then showed me how to style it properly. She gave me 30 mins of time and wouldn’t take a penny gir it despite me offering several times!

It was lovely to be back to the salon again after a long absence.. The appointment was easy to book by phone on the day, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable by everyone. Jordan did a brilliant job blow-drying my longish thick curly hair to perfection. I was amazed she was quick to remember and ensured I got the (very) cold water final rinse I like after my hair wash! Looking forward to the next appointment soon.

Hair cut was great. Stylist was lovely. Just I was not happy that I was charged for a treatment but the extra cost for this treatment was not given at the time. Only found I had to pay extra £11 on top of original £41. If I had know this I would have said no to the treatment. Also I said no blow drying at start but this was still done and I was charged initially for this but this was then waived. If offering treatment on top of booked haircut staff should make customers aware of any extra costs that could incur. I was very disappointed with this.

I agree Keira gives a fabulous head massage, you could always book for a Joico 4 step treatment which involves plenty of head massages, plus leaves your hair on top top condition , this lasts service takes 20 minutes Georgina will tell you about it on your next visit.

I changed hairdressers after having a bad cut at my previous salon. Stephanie really listened to what had gone wrong and, although my hair needs to grow a bit more, she managed to hide some of the issues. I am also really happy with my colour. I have been to the salon a few times now for blow dries and have been really impressed with the quality and how long they last me. The staff are attentive and always manage to get me booked in. The on the day deal for a half price blow dry is fantastic if you are lucky to get a space.

I decided to try something new while my regular hairdresser is on maternity leave. Jordan is a lovely person and did offered to rectify my cut if needed. Usually after cut with my previous hairdresser people notice it but not this time. I don't understand concept behind 20 min consultation which lasted 1 min, just waisted time.
We had good discussion about my hair condition but I was mostly looking forward to high quality cut. I pay £33 to my hairdresser and get better cut. Why would I pay £54 and need to go back to rectify it. It will be 3 visit to the salon?
There was lots of distraction during the cut as well.
