Boutique Hair Spa was founded in 2012 with a simple vision: to create a salon where exceptional hairdressing and an exceptional guest experience go hand in hand.
Since then, we have grown from strength to strength, moving into larger premises as our team, reputation and loyal client base have continued to grow. We are incredibly proud of what we have built and, most importantly, the team and culture behind it.
We are an award-winning salon and proud GHD Flagship Salon, recognised for our commitment to outstanding client experience. Winning many Phorest Client Experience Awards was a particularly proud moment for us, as our guests are at the heart of everything we do. We also have one colour salon of the year, and most loved salon awards.
We believe that great hair is only part of the experience. From the moment a guest walks through our door, we want them to feel welcomed, valued, listened to and genuinely cared for. Our salon has a warm, friendly and inclusive atmosphere where everyone is treated as an individual and made to feel part of the Boutique Hair Spa family.
Education and continuous development are also hugely important to us. We are passionate about up-leveling our skills and investing in our team, attending industry events, embracing new techniques and continually developing our knowledge. From our GHD flagship status to our ongoing work with leading professional brands and industry education, we are committed to keeping our team inspired, current and at the top of their game.
