Enjoyed myself so much at the salon! The staff were friendly and gave me lots of advice on where to eat and shop seeing as I was very new to Brisbane. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely love my new cut done by Adam and I would reccomend him to anyone. I went in on a Tuesday when they only have one stylist working however it was the greatest most relaxing experience I’ve had in a salon being one on one with the stylist.

Delighted with my visit as I was very anxious. Lyndsey was delightful and cut my hair with care and expertise. I would definately recommend this salon.

Due to needing a big fix on my hair, I read some online reviews and booked in to see Kelsey and am so glad I did.
She was honest and helpful, with loads of empathy and a sincere approach.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. My blow dry was good, though the only thing I didn’t like was the hairspray that was sprayed on my wet hair before the blow dry - my hair felt quite dry and not silky like you would expect. I think it would be better to ask clients before they apply the hairspray as it wasn’t the feel I wanted.

I recently came back home to Australia after 15 years abroad and a few weeks ago found a local hairdresser to do my hair which ended up brown and not blonde. I then decided to go for Toni & Guy as at least I know they get proper training and wouldnt have made my blonde hair brown so booked the Brisbane CBD salon. I was given Louise who managed to fix the previous hairdressers mistake whilst also making my blonde, the best colour it has ever been. My hair looks so natural and even. I’m super happy to have my blonde hair back and in great condition. The other staff were all so friendly and nice as well so it made for a pleasant evening. Will be definitely going back!

I had a lovely morning at Toni and Guy with Lyndsay. We did a full transformation and my hair hadn’t get so good in years! Lyndsay’s suggestions were spot on and I would recommend this salon to anyone!

Kelsey took the time to discuss what I wanted and explained every step. I was delighted with my shorter cut and in a first so was my husband.

I went in today with high hopes and my expectations were honestly exceeded. Got Exactly what I wanted and such an enjoyable experience.

I only go to Toni and Guy because I know I will always get a professional cut in a lovely environment.

Stylist was 35 mins late. They asked my opinion on the length and style while my hair was still wet and slicked (I have thick curly hair so it’s impossible to make that call with my hair wet!)
I didn’t realise they’d actually finished when they asked me for my final opinion - my hair was a frizzy half-dry mess, dull and matte from the styling products. Certainly didn’t look like I’d just had a $60 treatment. I went home and washed it straight away.
The staff were polite and the stylist apologised for running late but honestly, the resulting hair wasn’t worth the wait.

Kelsey is awesome as always. Gave me exactly what I asked for!

Lyndsay has been cutting my hair for the past 8 years. Her technique and service is brilliant. I always walk out of T&G feeling like a million dollars????‍♀️

It's so hard to find a hairdresser that you trust. I'm delighted I found Kelsie. She is a great cutter and is a lovely person too!! I always have a lovely relaxing time and am always happy with my hair, which is a big achievement as I am fussy!!!

I am an Asian lady of certain age, so wasn’t sure if your salon would suit my hair type when I first visited. But Caitlyn the stylist gave me a super good hair cut, and she is friendly, professional and fun. I have been going back for a few more cuts since, every time I would walk away with a smile on my face. I will keep coming back.

Louise is the most experienced, clever colourist I’ve come across. She can seriously fix any hair colour disaster. Excellent service.
