We offer real value for money on all services and guarantee that our team offers customer service that is second to none. The most common complaint from any person is “my last hairdresser just didn’t listen”. Our true point of difference is not only that we develop and create the best hairdressers in the business with the best hair cutting and colouring techniques, but how well we listen and communicate throughout every client consultation. Now available in TONI&GUY Brisbane salon is SE Cosmetic Tattoo & Beauty. A Boutique Beauty experience where clients will enjoy; indulgent beauty services, cosmeceutical skin care, and semi-permanent makeup for eyebrows, lips and eyeliner, all of which are designed to enhance natural facial features and provide visible results. Once a fortnight Sylvie at SE Cosmetics is offering inject-able services.

I saw Lindsay at Toni and Guy in Edward St Brisbane for an appointment to look at wigs. I was diagnosed 3 weeks ago with breast cancer and was told that within a couple of weeks I would lose my hair as a result of chemo. Lindsay was fabulous - attentive, patient and went above and beyond to assist me to find the best wig for me. .

Kelsey is an excellent hair dresser. She always makes my hair look great and is very good at listening to what I ask for rather than telling me what she thinks I should do. That said I can always ask for suggestions and I welcome her advice. Service and vibe is great - the assisting staff always happy to get you beverage of choice and the products used /head massages are top quality. Have been a long standing client and will continue to be!!

I am your customer but the cashier never ask for loyalty card and never remind me of. To me if you don't ask it means you dont want to give the gift.
