Adam was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked, in to when I left the salon! Not only was he great with my haircut, but also with creating my latte 🤩

This is a beautiful salon with experienced and friendly staff. I always leave feeling so much better than when I went in. It’s a little bit of luxury in amongst a busy day.

Lovely salon, all very friendly and professional. Adam always cuts and styles beautifully. It was nice to be back after moving back to Brisbane.

Christ I just had a thought, I think it’s been nearly 16 years since I’ve been seeing Toni & Guy on Edward Street and it’s only ever been on Edward street although they moved at one stage! Point is, in the entire 16 years, I’ve always had a great experience. I used to feel bad rocking up looking like a skinny bush pig but gees do I get the satisfaction of walking out feeling like a semi sweet ass model LMAO. The staff know exactly how to apply their professional recommendations + skills with what I want which give me amazing results. I feel like I’ve somewhat grown up into a family with them especially with Lou as she started doing my hair way back when my bro use to wait for me between the years 2005-2008 when I barely did not have enough dollars to afford it, but every dollar is worth it! Most importantly, during Rona’s presence, Toni & Guy have adapted a very safe and secure environment which is assuring. In conclusion to my rant review, I’ve just had a personal deep reflective train a thought just now, not long ago I started questioning myself as to whether I’m a loyal person. I’ve been coming to the salon for over a year having my hair cut by Adam which was a game changer for me! He cuts to perfection and listens to exactly what you want to a t! He’s a lovely guy to chat to as well! I also have had a few blow drys with Aimee and am now obsessed with getting them done! They look amazing for 3 days!!!

I am not one who loves going to get my hair cut generally however since coming to see Caitlyn that has changed. I have found Caitlyn to be engaging, fun and really good at what she does. Caitlyn, Adam and crew have been nothing but lovely, an asset to the business and I can't thank you all enough-you rock!

For over 20 years I have been doing a Tony&Guy salon crawl across Australia, Asia, the Middle East and Europe, in all 25 different salons. Many multiple visits. For me Tony&Guy nearly always provide not only excellent professional cuts and colours, but the salon ambience I have been accustomed to: a friendly environment that can also include humour, mood or alternatively funky music and, so important, the feeling that all the staff enjoy what they are doing and enjoy working in that particular salon. The Brisbane salon provides all of the above in abundance. The sisters, Lyndsey and Kimberley Smith, deserve much kudos for the success of this Brisbane salon.

I travel 400klm round trip to have my colour done by Lou, that effort on my part speaks volumes of what I think of the results. All the staff are welcoming and professional and great atmosphere, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Everyone in the salon is SO lovely! Truly professional and proud of the service they offer. I always look forward to my appointments!

The salon has a lovely atmosphere, everyone is so friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. I always get exactly what I go in for - beautiful colour by Lou, and amazing cut by Kelsey! All the additional complimentary extras and pampering such as hot chocolate, biscuits, head massage, eye masks etc make the whole experience a joy! Well done Kimberley, you have a fantastic salon that puts customers first!!

He did the perfect colour I asked for and it didn't take half a day like it does other places. He clearly knows what he's doing and does it well. Also styled it so lovely. I've gotten so many compliments. Will definitely be coming back. Can't rate him high enough!

I have been to Toni and Guy twice now and they are such an amazing team. So friendly! We’re great at doing my colour and cut which is so hard to find. They listen to what you want and give you exactly the outcome you are looking for. I would recommend to everyone. It’s always a pleasure and such a great experience.

I was super hesitant to go to a new hairdresser and was feeling anxious about my visit. I left feeling great about my hair. Caitlin was friendly, professional and made me feel so comfortable, she did an amazing job on my hair and followed instructions down to a tee. Overall a great experience and I will be recommending her to everyone I know.

The service was great, my stylist was skilled and a wonderful person to deal with. She helped me find a style that suited me. Couldn’t be happier

Caitlin is wonderful, she has amazing skill and listens to what look you are trying to achieve. In the past with other salons I have never really left satisfied, but every time Caitlin cuts and styles my hair, I absolutely love it.

Great service , with Lindsey being very understanding and professional. Highly recommend this salon for all reasons, skilled hair dressers , nice layout and quality products.

I had a “ dry style” done. The girls were really lovely and listened to what I was looking for. My style stayed looking pretty good until I went to bed in the wee hours. Appointment was easy to book.

I took my mother to get her first haircut here. We got our hair done together. The service was quick which I liked and the service was awesome by both girls. We loved our haircuts and will be back.

The most I have paid for ablow dry in a very long time, and it didn’t last well or look fabulous which I’d expect for $80. The salon was very nice as was the stylist.

I popped in for a quick shampoo & blow dry for an afternoon event.
Service was prompt & running to time, and Caitlyn, who did my hair, was excellent and efficient.
Highly recommended!

Adam blow dried my hair exactly as I asked. He was professional in his manner throughout my appointment. My only problem was the “attitude” of the receptionist when I rang to see if there was any chance of an earlier appointment a day or so before.

The staff were really helpful & I felt like they listened & had my best interests at heart about the health of my hair
