I've been here a few time and had 3 differnt stylists Porche Maggie and Jess all brilliant at what they do the atmosphere in the salon is amazing always make you feel so comfortable and my hair has always been amazing leaving

Jess is always so pleasant to deal with, such a lovely girl and always does an amazing job with my hair. She always goes through everything to make sure everything is okay before doing a cut. I would highly recommend

I’ve had trouble in the past with people not doing my hair right so I am always a little sceptical about where to get my hair done as the last person who did my hair did not do it correctly and I’ve had to wait months for my hair to grow out to get it done again. I went into the salon last week to ask for advice on what to do with my hair,I was advised by a lovely stylist called Maggie that she would be able to fix the damage that was done on my hair and would be able to do my hair how I wanted it. I went into the salon today for my appointment and I am very happy with the job that Maggie has done, I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking to get their hair done and I will definitely return to her in the future!

I'm not a frequent hair dresser customer... mainly because I hated being lectured at but Porcha wasn't like that. I found her terrific from start to finish. We discussed things... and though she agreed to do what I wanted... she then suggested a lovely and curly way for me to style my hair. I am SO glad I popped in today.

My partner and I had a great experience today at HOC Jervis. Friendly staff, great professionals. Strongly recommend. I don’t remember the name of the girl who cut my hair, but she has a blue hair, she is very nice. Maggie helped my partner. Congratulations girls, well done.

I popped in for a quick cut but ended up having a head massage, hand massage, bespoke hir treatments and a brilliant cut by Jessica. The staff played me with complementary drinks and snacks. I walked in with a fuzz of hair like father Jack and left with a sleek bob feeling a million dollars. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Haven't had my hair cut since lockdown, it was in very bad need of tlc. Right from when I sat down I knew I was in good hands. Maggie asked what I wanted and she listened. I've a phobia from a previous bad experience and I do hate having my hair done but I love my hair and ill be back again.

What is most important for me when picking a new hair salon is the service and quality. I need to be advised, guided, I tend to have questions and sometimes need help in deciding 'what and how'. What I got here is exactly that and more - service, how I was treated, advised, guided, and most important, how comfortable I felt during the process, was above and beyond. Maggie did all that with a smile on her face.
The way she treated me gave me the impression not just that she knows what she is doing as a professional, but also that she really cared. Choosing this place was the best decision ever! Maggie was perfect :))

It was truly one of the best hair cutting experiences I have ever had, all the girls were very kind, my stylist was wonderful, I loved the result of my haircut,plus I went with my little baby girl and she was very patient and kind with her too.
