Excellent just Fab Couldn't be Better

I've been going a couple of times to House of Colour in Jervis Shopping Centre now and I can say that I'm liking my hair a lot more now, I am seeing that there IS potential in my hair to look cute and feminine instead of lacklustre and depressing.

A delight! Did more than I imagined. I was happy and will be returning. Thanks a million to everyone I interacted with, fabulous staff!

Since having my baby my hair has been in terrible condition. I always feel insecure going into hairdressers but from the min I walked in Holly was professional, asked me many questions to understand exactly what I wanted. Talked me through each process and recommended what she felt was right for my hair not what cost the most money. Not only is my colour stunning but she made me and anyone I saw her interact with feel that we were important which is rare in busy services nowadays. Absolute talent will definitely be back again.

Excellent experience as usual, I have been coming to House of Colour for over a decade (various sites) and the staff are extremely helpful and polite, upfront about costs and personalise their advice. Plus you get tea and a biscuit! Today at Jervis, I also had a complimentary mini hand massage while my conditioner was working. Highly recommended.

Amazing from start to finish. Beautiful relaxing modern salon. The offer of breakfast and choice of tea or coffee ☕️ would put an average barista to shame :)

Maggie listened to my queries gave great advice and tips for my hair.

I just wanted to leave a review because I had a incident in the hairdresser where I felt very unwell and was taken extremely good care of by Maggie, Chloe and all the girls were who were soo kind and made sure I was ok. On top of that Maggie was so attentive with my hair and actually arranged for me to come back to finish my appointment at a later date, which she didn't have to do. I'm already so happy with how my hair is looking so I'm excited for my second appointment when I feel well again.

What can I say Maggie is outstanding in every way what a beautiful Aura she has about her always making me feel so special when I am in her chair. My hair has never looked and felt better since she started doing it. She does my my hair on point. I’ve even recommended family members to choose this salon and to ask for Maggie . Super woman

The woman works magic can’t recommend enough

Obviously I having been going to house of colour Citywest for a few years so i decided to give Jervis Centre a try .has that branch is now closed. The manager was lovely , an the stylist was great too.. Overall there was something missing 😄 i felt I was paying way more for my hair . this time around..

Yesterday, I got my hair done with Maggie. She allows me to achieve my dream colour whilst keeping my hair healthy. She is such a lovely stylist and is great at communicating exactly what is best for my hair in terms of colour health and texture. She is incredibly talented and such a lovely and bubbly person. I really look forward to going in and getting my hair done with her.

Holly did a great job, she really listened to the problems I had with previous colourings and I am very happy with the results!

Always a 5 star treatment when I come here jess is always so bubbly and friendly wouldn't go anywhere else. All the staff are friendly and such a nice environment to be around

Maggie listened carefully to what I said, and checked carefully at key points to make sure what she was going to do was exactly what I wanted. She is definitely a very talented and skilful stylist, and gave me an excellent haircut. My only criticism was the music. I don't expect background music to always suit my personal taste, but I found some of the words in one song quite offensive, so I am not giving 5 stars for the atmosphere, even though all the staff were lovely, very friendly and with excellent manners. When I told a staff member what I had just heard in the song, she was most apologetic.

Maggie did en excellent job colouring my hair, she was really friendly and good fun to talk to I will be going to her in future and look forward to seeing her again.

I always get my hair done by Jess and with my full scoop, I have to say she is absolutley so talented in her work, you can put full trust and faith in her to bring out the desired hair of your dreams. She is super charismatic and bubbly to talk to and has a amazing aptitude for hair beauty & colour. I've appreciated getting my hair done by her for nearly a year straight and would not trust anyone else with my hair😆. She always gets it the perfect colour !!! My hair is usually quite thin, and she always knows how to care for it. [Hence my new motto for my hair: 'When in doubt go to Jess....!!!']

The place always holds a creative soul and group of lovely ladies to welcome and consult about any wishes or needs. It's always exciting to come to house of colour as the team are always super attentive and super helpful on recommendations and advice.

Place is cleaned and sanitized quite regularly! And the headshowers are very comfortable.

Prices can be a lil expensive, but needless to say, it's really worth it when you're served with the most first-class customer service, and your hair treated with utmost love and care. ♡

I had an absolutely fantastic experience in HOC today with Jessica. I had a consultation when I got my patch test and she took the time to go through exactly what I wanted. I am so delighted with the result which was exactly what I wanted. My treatment which was recommended by Jessica has left my hair feeling amazing. All of the staff who I met and interacted with (complimentary drinks etc) were such a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be back to HOC after my first time today. Thank you Jessica!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica yesterday. She explained what she would be doing to my hair and gave me the exact hair colour and style I wanted! She was extremely friendly and professional, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is dyeing their hair for the first time!

The balayage treatment I received blended in perfectly into my hair, and I have received many compliments on her wonderful work since yesterday.
