Jess always works magic on my hair! I have been going to for just under a year and I always come out feeling amazing. She takes time to give honest suggestions as to what will work and not work for my hair and will take time checking it. I never leave disappointed! I often recieve lovely compliments on my hair and get asked where I got it done. I love the atmosphere overall, the team are always so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend House of Colour!

I have been getting my hair done by Jess for over a year now quite regularly, and she is excellent!! All the other staff are also very good and very customer focused. Everyone is friendly and I can see everyone makes an effort to accommodate all customers. Highly recommend Jess and this branch of House Of Colour!

Great service, blow dry and curls by Holly.

Jessica was extremely pleasant and professional but i thought the price was too much considering i wasnt offered any product for blow dry just offered hair spray at the end which i didn't want overall very basic blow dry for what i consider a big price and the stylist seemed to be manning reception as well as doing my hair

My stylist was very thorough, very friendly and made me feel a million bucks. I would definitely revisit and recommend.

I turned up for an appointment and the price was almost 3 times what the quotation was.
I understand the quotation was given 4 weeks ago and I also understand prices are different at Christmas. But I attended 2 days ago to buy a gift card and pay my deposit so if someone had advised me of the impending price change I would have had my hair done on Sat. It’s not the hairdressers fault as she didn’t know herself about the change.
The company should communicate better with staff so they can communicate with customers. The salon was completely empty and lovely professional hairdressers willing to work. It’s very short sighted of the company not to honour written quotations. I do understand prices go up but usually it’s December and like I stated I was there 2 days ago. They would rather an empty salon and unhappy customer for the sake of greed. Very short sighted of them.

Happened to pop in on the off chance I could get my hair fixed. It was a complete mess and giving my no confidence. I spoke with Jessica about precious hair cuts, how sometimes when I ask for what I want, wether it will suit me or not, I get talked out of it and I leave feeling the same way. Not this time. I got an amazing haircut, exactly what I wanted. I get nervous getting my hair cut for this very reason but I'm looking forward to getting it cut again and more frequent. Amazing day! It’s my third time there and each time Maggie was taking care of me and she was the sweetesttt ! Always makes sure if I’m okay and does an amazing job every time. I cannot recommend her and the salon enough, thank you !!

Firstly my wedding was less than a week and off course as you do for the first time decided to getting my hair coloured by a professional my stylist was Maggie. As I came through the door I was welcomed with smiles even though I was nervous. I eventually met with Maggie and she reassured me with her warmth, kindness and attention to detail. This girl knew hair. Noting was impossible. From box dyed her for over 20 years her work was cut out for her she transformed me I am so happy with my balyage she made my experience the most memorable and now tomorrow heading to Florida to be married. I can guarantee that going to the house of colour Jervis you will not be disappointed in fact your treated like a somebody not a something and all. Eg hand massage and eye mask the full haul .Staff made you feel special from start to finish very good tea makers. Unfortunately there are only 5 stars I can give but I would have gave 10 honestly. I cannot thank them all enough.thevstaff are worth their weight in gold and an asset to house of colour truly. Definitely be back for sure. Thank you house of colour for the experience

Holly, thank you so much for being absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I was looking after work for a nearby hairdressers and when I walked in the door, Holly immediately smiled and made me feel welcome. She has such a lovely way with her, she sat down beside me in the chair to talk about my hair and that made me feel like we were really planning everything properly. There was no rush, she listened and then added to my plan with her own advice and it worked out so well. She knows her stuff and the cut is really good. She blow dried my hair straight so I could see the layers and fix anything that needed fixing. Holly had me laughing from start to finish - love her - thank you so much for making my weekend special! The place is spacious, spotless and they serve you complimentary drinks and bits as well - the price was sooooo good! 10/10 recommend.

Excellent just Fab Couldn't be Better

I've been going a couple of times to House of Colour in Jervis Shopping Centre now and I can say that I'm liking my hair a lot more now, I am seeing that there IS potential in my hair to look cute and feminine instead of lacklustre and depressing.
