I have visited House of Colour a few times the past year and I have never left disappointed. Always so happy with my hair. Luis takes the time to go through what he’ll do and he is always a pleasure to deal with. The salon go that extra mile with them offering an endless amount of drinks and goodies. It’s a lovely touch. Will definitely be back in 2023.

I am really happy with my hair cut. stephanie styled and cut my hair really well, just the way i like it. The customer service in the salon is excellent and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. i love getting my hair done here and would highly recommend house of colour to anyone.

Incorrect prices on your website. Stated 23e and charged 30. When i informed the staff i was told prices went up. This is very unfair on the customer as 23 on website and not told when entered. Very bad customer service. I should not have been charged 30 as its not my fault prices did not update. Very bad communication also. Maybe train your staff properly to not fob off a customer with a silly excuse that is not the customers fault. Will never return again.

Love this salon. Everyone is so friendly. I cant praise Luis highly enough, he did an amazing job on my hair. Was asked quite a few times if i wanted refreshments, i had 2 coffees and 2 gorgeous cakes. They really looked after me. This is only my 2nd time here but I will never go anywhere else now.

I was served by 3 people. Top level. Great meeting. Full of attention. Tea. Snacks. Attention to requests. Perfect result. Nice colour . Super professional. I enjoyed beeing there.

Georgina was lovely as usual I was having a bad day & even got a hug

To be honest the washing, the treatment and the staff were lovely but I walked out of there with really embarrassing frizzy hair after getting it diffused. I use a diffuser and im not a hairdresser but my curls look lovely when I do it myself. Today was not the case and I was very upset but couldn't kick up a fuss because I have extreme social anxiety; it was my first time in a popular hair salon. I looked terrible and it was obvious even to me it wasn't done right. I could tell the way my hair was being diffused was incorrect, too. If someone wants curly hair treatment, an experienced stylist should be doing it

All staff are friendly and nice. Stylist gave me ideas and suggestions on how to style my hair which was good. Client's are attended in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend Lauryn for doing my hair. She gives good advice and listens to what you want.

Lauryn did such an amazing job on my hair. It had thinned a lot recently and she cut it and made it thicker and healthier! She also gave me a lot of advice on hair regrowth and products to help this. Hair feels amazing after this appointment!

Always a pleasure, excellent customer service & lovely banter.

The ladies at the salon were really helpful during the appointment, the prices were all upfront before the appointment started. My hair feels revived and I’m very happy with my new shape. Georgina gave a fantastic head massage during the wash and Robyn was also very accommodating.
