I’m Great experience last visit but not this one. I received a call 2 weeks beforehand to obtain a deposit for an upcoming appointment. It was only after taking the deposit that I was informed the stylist who was meant to be doing my hair (Britney) had left. Today’s experience was not great. Colour was painted to the end, my whole hair is darker than the result I wanted to achieve. My hair was pulled so many times when brushing and it hurt to the extent I had to put my hand to my head, same when drying my hair,!! I don’t know whether it was because of lack of conditioner. Came to be pampered not tortured. I was so sad sitting there, I felt like walking out during the blow dry but did not want to make a scene. The wavy hair, which was different each side of my face, looked dated and fell out soon after leaving the salon. Thankfull I was going home and not out afterwards. Appointment made in another salon to rectify colour over the weekend

My first visit to the salon after Covid was a treat. Stephanie was so friendly and efficient. My colour & cut were exactly as I wanted and the finish was perfect. I have made a return appointment!!

Another excellent appointment with the girls at Clarehall Salon. I have complete trust in Stylist Lauren and she again has delivered a beautiful colour application, split end treatment and other scalp and nourishment masks. My hair hasn't felt so healthy in years. Ellie and the rest of the crew are so pleasant, I recommend a trip to House of Colour for a real treat at great value prices! 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had an amazing young girl Lauryn looking after me yesterday. Delighted with my hair and advice she gave. Also the lovely girl at reception was extremely please t and welcoming. My whole experience was wonderful and will definitely be back. Thank you girls.

Was welcomed stylist check my hair advised what to do.
I had my hair coloured but underneath wasn’t done and I think because of lack of communication. I pointed at the back of my hair and said that’s not done was told that will be covered with gloss pity it didn’t.Took me 4 hours to colour hair do a gloss treatment and split ends treatment plus wash and blow dry. It was a long waiting.
Everyone was lovely just a pity only one stylist on a busy day. I came in at 11.30 left at 3.30 the whole time I was there Lauryn didn’t take a break she’s some woman.(not fair).
End result I have to come back next week to fix my hair.
My daughter also had her hair cut washed treatment and blow dry done and had a different experience she ranked her experience 4 starts because was left waiting.
So not the worse but not the best.

A lovely place to have a haircut. All staff encountered friendly, welcoming and talented. Thank you Britney for the fab hair colour, haircut and wavy hair. Felt like a million dollars...just a pity I’d nowhere to go to show it off (just yet!)

First Class Salon experience. From the phone booking to the end of appointment this Salon is the best in my opinion of having hair done for over 20yrs. Ciara and Amy so professional and efficient, warm, friendly and attentive My Stylist Lauren is a true artist completely transforming my neglected lockdown hair. Communicating with me throughout the 2 hour appointment, breakfast and treats supplied! The team create a super relaxed, warm atmosphere. The Salon really has streamlined their service with no dramas or inconvenience to the client while adhering to their Covid regs. I highly recommend this Salon for a lovely Hair pamper experience with excellent staff and facilities. Great value treatments and the individual follow-up info card from your assigned Stylist is a great idea for future appointments with the same Stylist. A+++++

The salon is so bright and clean. All the girls were so friendly and attentive. Most importantly, Stephanie never disappoints with color, cut, treatment, always so so happy. Have been with her over 5 years since middle abbey st and worth stalking her wherever she goes! ☺️

I was quite nervous as I've developed bad psoriasis, to the extent I was going to cancel my appointment as I was so embarrassed. The moment I was in the door i was met with smiles and kindness. Britney and the team put me compleatly at ease and reassured me.
She chose the best option for colour and treatment and explained it all along the way. I was offered endless support and kindness throughout.
Incredibly professional and caring team in Clare Hall. I got a balyage, scalp clearing treatment and a cut. Felt amazing when I left and loads more confident compared to when I arrived.
Britney brings endless smiles, chats and a lovely vibe to the whole atmosphere. Can't wait for my next appointment. Would absolutely recommend a visit. Even if it's just for a wash and blow dry on a bad day. You're guaranteed to have your mood lifted and day brightened.
