The Buff Day Spa

I was welcomed into this warm and friendly salon by a lovely receptionist, full of smiles, who told me about my treatment, completed a short history for my file and helped me pick out my colours.
She then gave me the nicest chamomile tea I've ever tasted!! Then for my treatment. The attention to cuticle work has given an amazing result. The colour and shape are beautiful. Lovely massage fo finish. Maria is a lovely therapist who is friendly and made me feel very comfortable. This was my first time at this salon and I have already booked another treatment for next week!!

I had wonderful morning in Buff Spa. Massage and Image facial with Justyna followed by mani/pedicure with Iga. I booked it as a special treat for my birthday and to take some time out from the constancy of COVID. Both therapist were excellent. The massage was perfect pressure and Justyna gave some great tips on how to get the most out of my skincare regime and products. Iga was very helpful with selecting nail colour and my nails look fab now! I felt totally safe there and it was a great release from the world we now live in. I left it too long to go back, but will now be getting a lot more treatments done. Thanks ladies!

I really enjoyed my massage and facial experience at Buff Day Spa with Tanisha. I felt very safe and well looked after given the current pandemic restrictions. Tanisha was very professional and skilled at her job, she found knots in my back and shoulders I didn’t know I had! She was very knowledgeable, providing me with plenty of recommendations for my skincare and self care going forward. I booked these treatments with the hope of leaving refreshed and relaxed, which Tanisha certainly delivered. Many thanks again, I can’t wait to come back!

I had the dermalogica facial & voya warm.spiced mud wrap today.It was 2 hours of pure luxury & relaxation.Stefania is an amazing therapist.Its Money well spent. The place is run very well & everything is very well organised.If you are wondering what day spa to go to in Dublin the buff day spa is the one you should choose.

Ayanda was excellent and Service was okay. I had initially order for the Shellac Inclusive Manicure but then to be told I was just booked for a Basic Shellac Manicure was a let down as I really intended on treating myself.

I paid for the 15 minute back massage and the 30 minute facial deal and the therapist finished over 10 minutes early which was disappointing. The experience also felt quite salesy at times. However, I must say it was a lovely therapy room and relaxation area, and Katie at the reception was very friendly and helpful!

I had such a lovely facial and massage last Sunday. It was such a lovely treat and so relaxing. I can’t wait to go again.
I miss the relaxation room and sauna though and the herbal tea and look forward to their return one day.

Lovely place. Staff very nice. I had full body massage. They asked when I was in if I wanted essential oils. I said yes. Didn’t realize until I was paying that the oils were €15 extra! The price of the massage was already €95 which included PPE charge so I was very disappointed with the extra charge. Surely oils are included on the massage as that’s what it involves!

I went in for the Buff Day express facial and it was fantastic. Maria ran through all of the products and gave me recommendations for my skin as she was doing the facial. Felt great afterwards. Really relaxing and skin looked great after too.

I’ve been here once before and all staff were amazing given the strange times. Florentine my therapist was knowledgeable and honest and recommended some amazing products but I didn’t feel pressured to purchase any. I felt at ease and relaxed the entire time and left with my skim glowing

Booked this treatment for my 14 yr old daughter she really enjoyed it, everything was explained to her step by step. Florentina was really nice and knowledgeable, got plenty of good advice from her.

Everything was perfect, I would suggest to ask the customer if that's the first time for the sauna because no one told me how to use it. This is not a complaint, just a suggestion

Really enjoyed coming back to the Buff Day Spa. I had a back massage and facial with Ayanda that were both wonderful. Very relaxing and Ayanda gave me some great tips on skincare after the facial. Really enjoyed and hope to return again soon. I was also impressed with the covid safety precautions, without them affecting the experience at all really.

I had a half day spa voucher which included full body massage, facial massage, manicure and pedicure spa. I loved all the package! The entire experience was so relaxing.Loved the place, very neat and clean, great location in the heart of the city. Staff was wearing masks at all times, very friendly, willing to explain what the package included, what I was expecting from my massage and which areas they should focus. Highly recommended!

I was a bit nervous going back to The Buff Day Spa because of covid 19. I had no need to be worried! I’ve attended this spa a couple of times before. I had a 30 minute back massage. I’ve spent the last 5 months working from the dining table at home and could feel a lot of tension and tightness in my neck and shoulders. Leaving the spa I felt a lot more relax and no tension in my shoulders. Would really recommend. Only complaint is the extra €5 charge when you are not able to use the relaxation room or tranquility area.

Have to say I enjoyed my experience at the Buff Day Spa today Thurs 13.08.20 immensely. Went for a massage and it was brilliant. 55 mins of heaven. Felt so energised and stress free it was unreal. Had a voucher given to me as a present but will definitely book myself on a more regular basis. In these COVID times it's a small price to pay for your own well being. I had Kristina (hope I spelt your name correctly) look after me, she was excellent. Going to book something for my other half also as he has been so stressed. The place is a haven away from it all. Highly recommended, I will be back!

I had the buff half day indulgence and overall it was very pleasant. The facial and massage were great. The pedicure and manicure were a bit lacking for the price. Although the lady that provided the service was lovely, the manicure (With shellac at €15 extra) didn’t turn out great. Maybe it was the polish but it was no way as near as good as a shellac with cuticle work I have had done before for half the price.

Fabulous experience in a safe and relaxing atmosphere. My skin feels amazing and my therapist was very knowledgeable and professional. Looking forward to going back soon.

I enjoyed my visit at Buff today. I had a lovely back massage by Stefania who was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. It was just the correct firmness and really helped ease my tension. My facial was fine but I did feel it was a little rushed and I wasn't overly satisfied with the results. For €90 I expected more than 45minutes of treatments. The salon is beautiful but pricier than most, even in Dublin city. If I'm honest, the hard sell of skincare throughout my facial and after left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. It makes the salon experience less enjoyable and I felt a little under pressure. It feels as if the therapists have targets and are on commission and a relaxing pamper session isn't the right environment for this, in my opinion. Overall, I would reccomend. Thank you
