Thanks to Florentina as always for all the skincare tips and hydrafacial sessions :) skin is always refreshed and glowy afterwards :)

Had a lovely morning spent well with a Swedish Massage provided by Megan who is a token to the business :) She is very good with her technique and ensured I was comfortable as always prior to treatment. Already booked in for my next schedule :)

First Hydrafacial this year with Florentina and I can already see major improvements with my skin over the last visists. She advised that there was hardly anything to extract :) so anyone looking to upgrade skincare I’d totally recommend this treatment. Booked in again for future visits :)

Thanks to Patricia for looking after me today :) feel so relieved from tension after the treatment. She gave some great aftercare advice and is very excellent with her hands :) She was very attentive, friendly and caring, I’d be delighted to have treatments with her again. Can’t think it a better way to beat the January Blues!

Hydrafacial after the voyage massage journey was another perfect way to spend a Saturday morning. Thanks again to Florentina for accommodating me and providing more skincare tips which has contributed to major improvements :) already booked in for the next round.

Had an excellent voyager massage journey with Patricia this morning who did a superb job. She spent extra time on tight areas in my body and made me feel very comfortable during the treatment :) She was very attentive, caring, friendly and made sure I was tended to prior and after treatment. I will be more than content to have future treatments with Patricia again :)

I would highly recommend The Buff Day Spa for any treatments. I got a course of 3 Universal contour Wraps & I was shocked by the results wasn't expectly such great results & Megan was amazing. Alot of people said they could see the difference in my shape. I also got a course of 6 hydrafacials with Hana & she was brilliant. I'm receiving so many comments on how good my skin looks. Cannot thank Megan & Hana enough for making me feel a million dollars. I'll be back for more treatments soon.

Amazing first massage ever, came in feeling stressed and left feeling relaxed and happy. Will be back again soon!

My son bought me a voucher for Christmas. It was for the velvet spa day. First point, there should be soft music in the relaxation room to help relax and help drown out the sound over of the overhead fan sounding like a helicopter. The massage was fine. I asked for oil not to be put through my hair. It was. Asked for another €10 if I wanted essential oils. I said yes. It was waved under my nose when I was face down in the chair but I can tell you it definitely was not used during the massage. Next was the facial. The girl tried to get me to get a hydra facial for an extra €115. I went t relax but this distroyed it. It's the first time I have ever had a facial that I wasn't told what
They were doing or putting on. More oil in my hair. The manicure was "fine" I absolutely can't stand sales sales and more sales at these places. Takes the good out of it.

Megan is a sweetheart , lovely chatty friendly girl, a good asset to your company!

Nico is really amazing. I really enjoyed the massage as he really concentrated on the problem areas. Will definitely book back with him!

Had a hydrafacial today with Florentina after my total serenity treatment. Delighted with the service as my skin has totally improved since I started the hydrafacials last year. My skin is more glowly and there has been a major reduction in blackheads and blocked pores. I wouldn’t have achieved this without Florentina skincare advice and service. I would highly recommend the hydrafacials for anyone who is serious about upgrading their skincare routine, already booked for another session with Florentina :)

Had the total serenity treatment today which was a superb offer for May, hope this package remains because I felt like it was the perfect treatment for relieving stress, tension and promoting rejuvenation. I had the pleasure of being in the hands of Megan again today, who I’d highly recommend. She’s very caring, professional and even made sure my body was free of tension during the treatment, particularly in my knees. Thanks again to Megan today and already looking forward to my next treatment and I will happily be greatful for Megan’s service again :)

I’ve forgotten my therapists name but she was amazing and so nice. My appointment was on Friday 12th at 2.30pm. Best facial ever hands down.

It was pretty a pleasurable moment. I wish it never ended!!! ??? My therapist (Nico) was very calm and welcoming, he made me feel a VIP!! ✌??❤️❤️

Nonkosi & team did an amazing job again. Felt much more relaxed after my 1h Swedish massage. Perfect pressure level on some narly shoulder tension. Rebooked right away.

This tranquil oasis in the heart of the city provided the perfect setting to unwind and indulge in some much-needed pampering. The therapist, Maria, is truly exceptional, displaying an incredible level of skill and attentiveness to her clients. Her touch was simply amazing, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Overall, I cannot recommend The Buff Day Spa and Maria's services highly enough.

That was the best facial I ever had. Florentina was so nice and the first therapist to ever talk to me about my skin and detail what she was doing and gave great recommendations. I felt so relaxed and refreshed and my skin was glowing for days. I would highly recommended Florentina and will definitley be back.

Lovely place, very central and convenient. Massage and facial were brilliant!

2nd hydrafacial this year and just started another course as I was impressed with the outcome of the course last year and look forward to further results this year. If anyone is serious about skincare, I highly recommend the hydrafacials and even the course as it’s a brilliant investment in your skincare. Thanks for the treatment on Saturday Hana :)

I was back in the Buff spa again today, and the two therapists, Megan and Hana, were amazing. Will definitely be requesting them for further treatments. Both were very knowledgeable about the products they were using. Looking forward to my next visit.

Megan was really brilliant, she was friendly and was very good at letting me know the other treatments that are available at the spa.

The massage and facial were fabulous. Manicure and pedicure were alright. The pedicure was disappointing
