Disappointed nail service and poor service

DIssatisfaction with the service I received at your Swords branch 26/10/25. I had booked an appointment for eyebrow threading and a Deluxe Manicure with Long-Wear Polish and an add-on French Finish.
My appointment began at approximately 2:30 p.m. The manicure was completed first, followed by the threading, and the entire service should finished around 3:30 p.m. However, during the threading, I began to feel something on my nails and, when I checked before paying, I noticed that some of the polish was smudged and parts of the French tips had already come off.
When I pointed this out to the staff member who performed the threading, she immediately denied causing any damage and told me to speak to the nail technician instead. I then had to wait an additional 20 minutes to have the nails repaired.
The technician who did my nails admitted beforehand that she had little experience applying French tips with nail polish, and unfortunately, this was very clear from the start, end up having to drop the French tip and just got the technician to redo with a plain polish, even before it was redo,the nail polish on some of the nail was smudge and nail technicians telling me story about nail polish take 24hrs to totally dry off!!
I left the salon feeling very disappointed with both the quality of the manicure (definately nothig deluxe about it) and the lack of accountability shown by staff.
