I was very pleased with the professional advice I received from Niamh. She listened to what I wanted regarding colour and highlights and shared her great knowledge with me. I have now found my new colourist and I am delighted with the outcome.

Very pleased with the attention to detail that Paula showed while cutting my hair. I am delighted the way it turned out and will definitely be back. The staff at reception were very pleasant as was Paula.

I was treated with great respect, efficiency and kindness. I use a rollater and was quite nervous as to getting through my appointment safely. I felt very relaxed from the moment I went in. Nice atmosphere.

I use a rollater and find it challenging to get to Hairdresser..I got every help from reception and Paula and everyone at Ballinteer which was very reassuring. I forgot a little bag with my flask and a member of staff came out to my car with it. Very helpful and pleasent staff.

Lisa is just brilliant! Very warm personality and professional approach. He knows exactly how to translate a hair style request into reality. And the final result was much better than the original request. Will definitely go back to her.
