Lydia is an excellent stylist and is most professional about her job. Herman's are very fortunate indeed to have a stylist of her calibre on the team.

Fantastic blow dry asked for it to be dead straight & it was.. loved the blow dry! Kelsey was so lovely & helpful with tips for frizzy hair.

Very nice experience. Very happy with my haircut. Girl who washed my hair was very gentle. Niamh took a lot of time to do an excellent cut. Cup of tea was lovely.

I went yo the salon on Wednesday this week to book an sppiijtment. Yvonne fitted me in the same day which made a huge difference for me as I have mobility issues and rely on a lift to get to the salon. All the staff were very kind and respectful taking my mobility into account for all my appointment. Many thanks would highly recommend.

Yes a very pleasant visit as always to Herman's, delighted to be back as I attend many years ago when I lived in Broadford .
I was greeted by Cathy who has the great gift of being a "people person" .We passed the usual pleasantries as to how we were since i was last there.I told Cathy i got so many compliments last time I was with her ..We agreed to do the same again. A young girl put in my highlights very pleasant and concentrated on the job at hand.Another young lady washed out my hair very gentle but thoroughly , very pleasant as well.Delighted as usual with my hair and hopefully will get some compliments this time .Than you all for a very friendly professional service

Lydia is a gifted stylist and a lovely person.

Always a lovely experience getting my hair done. Staff very friendly and kelsey is very professional telling me what was going on and explained why I needed to wear safety wear. I'm very happy with the result. I certainly will be back

I'd like to say that I got a really good service from both the girl who washed my hair, didn't catch her name, & from Yvonne who always does a really good job of blow drying my hair which is not easy hair to handle.

Overall excellent customer service, offered tea/coffee by young lady who also washed my hair she was very attentive throughout. Kathy the stylist was fantastic, very friendly and did an excellent job on hair. I would highly recommend a visit to Hermans Ballinteer.
