Young girl who checked me in at reception, who gave me a coffee and washed my hair was excellent. Donna herself did an excellent job as always my experience.

I was in for an early morning appointment and was super quick but exactly what I wanted. Kathy is great and understood without me needing to explain what I’d wanted in cut & style.

Donna did such a fab job on my hair haven’t had a blow dry that people have complimented in such a long time but got loads after Donna did my hair

Was a lovely experience in the salon today with friendly and personable staff. I had not attended this branch previously but the staff built rapport easily and made the time in the salon enjoyable.

Have very unruly hair growth but Kathy Im sure has come up with a cut that will be the best I have had yet. Always come home in good form after spending time with Kathy.

As always it was a fantastic experience. I got a full head of easimesh and cut as always Niamh was fantastic and very professional I'm sorry I dident get the girls name but she was really nice and helpful and again professional be back soon.

Amazing hair cut

I got a very bad extension cut in another salon and Niamh came and took such care and precision to make it look natural. Fantastic hairdresser . Now I have a great cut.

My visit to Lisa always leaves me feeling great. She takes so much time making sure I’m happy.

Kathy is an excellent stylist and I am delighted that she has returned to Ballinteer.

I recently brought my daughter in for a haircut and she absolutely loved it! Kathy, the hairdresser, made her feel so special — she even got a girly magazine, which delighted her. The haircut looked lovely, but once we got home, we noticed the ends were a little uneven. We returned the next day and Kathy was fantastic — so kind and professional, and she fixed it without any fuss.

The only downside to our experience was the receptionist. When Kathy brought my daughter to the seat, the receptionist was staring at her hair in a way that made me feel quite uncomfortable. At the end, I said thank you but didn’t get any response, which felt a bit cold. A small smile or friendly gesture would really make a difference in how welcoming the place feels.

Overall, we’re very happy with Kathy and the haircut, and I’d recommend her — just wish the front desk felt a bit warmer.

It's a major step going from dark brown to ashe blonde... Lydia knows her stuff... she is such an experienced colourist and all the while keeping it real. I'm very happy to have found such talent. TRUST IN THE PROCESS....
