Jess greeted me and took me to the basin and gave my hair a great wash. She is so friendly and good at her job. Kathy cut my hair and blow dried it. She knows exactly how I like my hair cut and she has a great personality.

Disappointed my appt started 30 mins after my scheduled time, my chosen colourist did not do my colour today, while I know this is a first world problem, this is not good for customer loyalty. Both Brooke and Shannon did a fine job that isn’t the point as I left my previous salon where Kathy had been to come back to Herman’s. I understand Kathy is a popular colourist/ stylist but that is up to the salon to manage and not to overbook Kathy and her time. When I received a text earlier this week re my appt it indicated Kathy/ Shannon would be doing my hair today.
