Lovely prompt service, friendly staff and good communicators. Nice tranquil vibe and a nice relaxing experience where I felt I could 'get away from it all' for an hour. PG very attentive and invested in my haircut and the process of getting it to where I want it to be - he consulted me throughout and was guided by my feedback. The lady who welcomed me at reception, showed to to my chair; washed and blow dried my hair was so kind and attentive. Patrick also gave me welcome guidance on what products to use and I'm already looking forward to my return in April. I'm really pleased with my haircut.

I accompanied my friend who speaks very little English, she was the actual client this time. She was very satisfied with the service, she said everyone was friendly and kind. She is absolutely in love with her new hairstyle, and says that her husband loves it too!

The salon was far more intricate than I was expecting, I was surprised by the fact they offered complimentary drinks, and their basins were extremely comfortable. Laura explained every process to me to ensure I was aware of what was going on. Overall, it was a great experience and I would go back.

I am very impressed by the attention I received in this salon today. I am not easily pleased... I am very particular about haircuts and usually avoid going if I can. But I have to say I shall be return. I have decided to make this salon my go too. My hair cut was very good and Irene asked me if I was happy. She attended to everything I said . I got what hopefully expected. The whole experience and the lying down chairs for the wash and head massage was great. No sore necks on sink. Irene did everything no handing you over or leaving you sitting for ages unattended . But most of all the cut made me happy. Thanks to Irene and the salon. It is really a relaxing and professional place.
From when I walked in the door everyone was so welcoming.. Megan showed me to my seat.. She asked me all about my hair what I liked and didnt like.. She explained how she was going to cut my hair making it more suitable for my natural curls.. She used and explained certain products that my hair would benefit. Megan is such a friendly, beautiful girl and has great knowledge about curly hair.. She even gave me a few tips how to best style it at home. So thank you Megan..
