I’m a regular and I keep coming back because of their honest and caring service. On my recent tint regrowth appointment, the colour didn’t take quite right the first time, but Laura my stylist was completely honest about it, which I really appreciated. She handled it with kindness and professionalism, making sure it was corrected with care and attention to detail.
What stood out most was how respectfully I was treated throughout. I even asked if she was happy with the result the second time around, it mattered to me that she felt good about the work too. That kind of mutual care made the experience feel really personal.
Refreshments were offered regularly and comfort was clearly a priority. The wash area is state-of-the-art, and the firm, relaxing hair wash was a real treat.
Not everything goes perfectly the first time, but how it’s handled says everything. If anything, I’d definitely return after the way things were handled. I left feeling cared for and confident, and I think it’s always reassuring to know you’ll be leaving a good place where clients are truly valued. One happy customer, knowing they genuinely care, every time.

Patrick took great time and patience discussing my change of colour, he had started it from my last visit and took it a stage further, I was apprehensive as I went from auburn dhade to a much lighter shade vering to blonde and I must say I was absolutely delighted with the results, the colour complimented my skin tone also.
I must also add that Dean applied my colour and treatment very professionally and gave me the best hair wash and blow dry..was an excellent visit as always

Megan was an absolute star. With on going medical issues and being immune compromised, she was able to organise my appointment in a quite part of the salon. Guide me through the best pick me up with my hair style, as my hair has thinned out dramatically over the last year, lost a bit of its shin and the best way to cut my hair that complimented my face. I felt overwhelmed and uncertain about my hair before my appointment. Megan did a brilliant job that lifted my spirits and a gave me a moment to feel a little me again. Thank you! Highly recommend the salon and Megan’s brilliant work!

I had the bottom half of my hair dyed green. This part of my hair was severely hard to dye as none of the colours I tried would ever take to it but at Patrick Gildea’s they work miracles. My hairdresser Laura was so brilliant and the colour turned out perfect. I also got my hair layered and it looks so so beautiful. 10/10 experience, so much hospitality and care with each person, I was offered tea or coffee during the waiting times for the colour to take. I love going here and I will continue to return to the establishment. Brilliant work all around.

Stylist was zeljana from start ti finish discussed in detail my color and highlights very good advice had lipid spray to protect hair. Wash area is fabulous my favourite bit chairs are wonderful so relaxing a different world. Loved My blow-dry too. Great experience so much attention to detail.
