I have been getting my hair done by Victoria for many years and she is absolutely fantastic. However, I was really disappointed to see that you increased your prices again, less than 6 months after the last increase in July.
It unfortunately leaves me having to consider whether I can afford to continue visiting your salon.
I have been coming to Patrick Gildea’s for 3 years now and even though I live abroad I always wait until I’m home to get Claudia do my hair. She is amazing I’m never disappointed. She knows exactly what works with my hair, she always achieves better results than I thought would be possible with my hair and always does a fantastic job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It’s not just a visit to the hairdressers it’s an experience! Sharon went to great lengths to explain everything from the tones of the hi lights she was going to use to the shampoo and conditioner. Everyone was professional but friendly. The salon was immaculate and lovely and warm. Music was at a lovely volume. My hair colour turned out exactly as I expected! Great cut and colour, didn’t like that I wasn’t dealing with the same person. I had 2 apply my colour, I had Anita cut, someone else blow dry…. Miss the personal touch when you are dealing with lots of people, it’s off putting if I’m honest.

We have a policy in place with our stylists that they have one assistant working with them for each guest as a support role within the salon.
We are extremely sorry that on this day you attended the salon we were short staffed due to people being off sick which meant too many assistants working along side the stylist this day. Brillant haircut, holds its shape and easily styled because of the excellent cut.
I have to add I was surprised by the significant price increase, an increase of more than 40% is less than 12 months is not sustainable.

Our 16 month baby Lydia had her first hair cut in the salon yesterday. It was all about Lydia, making sure that she was happy and contented. Bronagh was so professional and calm, not easy working with a baby! Kayleigh was live entertainment for Lydia! All of the staff gave us such a warm welcome. At the end , Lydia was given her locks of hair in an envelope as a keepsake. It was a truly memorable experience which is how Patrick Gildeas Salon operates no matter what the occasion is.
I was very happy with the whole experience and very pleased with the outcome of Sharon's great work.
My 9 year old daughter left on a high today after her appointment.
The staff made her feel so special with a luxury hot chocolate and lots of attention.
