Stylist was zeljana from start ti finish discussed in detail my color and highlights very good advice had lipid spray to protect hair. Wash area is fabulous my favourite bit chairs are wonderful so relaxing a different world. Loved My blow-dry too. Great experience so much attention to detail. Very tasty irush shortbread with my tea melted in my mouth. Thanku x

He was so kind, professional, and kept reassuring me throughout the whole appointment, which made me feel really comfortable. He did such an incredible job on my hair—I genuinely can’t stop looking at it! Dean is a real asset to the team and without a doubt has a bright future ahead of him as a hairdresser. Stunning salon with friendly professional staff. Went in with high expectations and I wasn't disappointed. From start to finish I felt like royalty! The salon looks amazing and I love the calm friendly and professional manner in which they work. Patrick's vision and attention to detail is mesmerising. Equally, to his credit, his staff are as impressive as the man himself. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from beginning to end. A centre of excellence indeed!

I have been dealing with hair loss for a few years. Have been diagnosed with alopecia areata. Booked an appointment with Patrick directly and was seen quite quickly. I tried on all different types of wigs, but decided to go for a hair topper. Patrick was so helpful and really took his time going through all my options. It wasn't a rushed appointment and i was thankful for that. I was surprised with how quick my hair topper arrived and was contacted to come in for another appointment. I just fell in love with my new hair topper and Patrick cut it to my desired length and style. Will definitely be back next year for a new hair piece. If your nervous and thinking of getting a wig or hair topper Patrick Gildea's is the place to go. You won't be disappointed.

Had the best experience. Zeljana did a fantastic job at knowing exactly what I wanted, and would highly recommend her - had an excellent, in dept consultation with her and she gives the best head massages!!

Also would like to mention Dean, who did my highlights, super friendly and absolutely delighted with the results.

I was abit nervous going in initially, but as soon as I walked in, all the staff were so welcoming and I felt right at ease. 10/10 recommend :)

I recently visited Patrick Gildea for a consultation for a hairpiece for my daughter who recently was diagnosed with alopecia at only the age of 11, this came as such a shock for her and later became very self conscious about this, upon visiting patrick for her consultation she was took into a private room which he told grace it was his secret room she was greeted very warmly by patrick himself and was gave hot chocolate with extra marshmallows this made her feel very at ease, patrick carried out the scalp camera on graces hair and explained everything in as much depth as possible and tried on different pieces on graces hair, on completion of the consultation he explained all price points and services we could avail of to help us purchase graces piece also he gave us a time scale of when the piece would be ready, 2 weeks later we had our fitting appointment for grace again she was greeted very warmly by patrick and took back into his secret room and once again she was gave hot chocolate with extra marshmallows, patrick proceeded to fit graces headpiece and style both her hair and the hairpiece to absolute perfection, Grace instantly felt great and the confidence it gave her instantly was something we havent seen in a long long time, I would like to say a massive thank you to patrick for his professionalism through out the whole experience and the care for grace he gave was second to none thank you for giving our little girl her smile and spark back in her eyes once again we really cannot thank you enough. We definitely will reccommend you to anyone who passes our way.

Fabulous highlights and haircut.

I’ve been a loyal client for years, but after today’s visit, I’m genuinely hesitant to return. I came in for a wash, cut, and blow dry — and I want to start by saying I can’t fault my stylist, Megan. She was kind, professional, and did a lovely job.

During the appointment, I briefly had to bring in my breastfed baby for about 15 minutes to feed and settle her. Before doing so, I asked Megan if she minded, and she kindly said it was fine. I was apologetic about interrupting the appointment and did my best to be quick and discreet. Megan mentioned she couldn’t continue the cut while I held the baby, which I completely understood, and she gave me a few minutes. As soon as my baby was settled, I brought her straight back out to my husband, doing everything I could to avoid any disruption.

However, when I went to pay, I was handed a leaflet about the salon’s family policy and was reminded that children under 8 aren’t allowed during appointments for safety reasons. While I fully understand and respect that policy, I felt embarrassed and singled out. It was upsetting to have the situation underlined like that, especially after I’d tried to handle things as considerately and efficiently as possible.

I explained that this was an exceptional circumstance, my baby is very young, and not something I intend to repeat. It wasn’t a case of bringing my child in for the entire appointment, just briefly tending to an immediate need.

I was really looking forward to my first hair appointment after giving birth, and it’s such a shame that the experience ended on a note that left me feeling embarrassed and awkward. Sadly, despite years of great service, I’m now unsure whether I’ll return.

Zeljana was brillant got roots colored very happy. Wash area is fabulous so relaxing and those chairs heaven. Fab blow-dry plenty pounce for my fine hair.Thanku so much.
