I am very satisified with every aspect of my visit to the salon.

Thrilled with my visit to Gildea's. Laura listened to me and gave really good advice - I felt she was really good at understanding what was needed, communicating that and then expert at putting it into action. From start to finish a great experience and I am delighted with my highlights. The salon is beautiful too - my first time there- I didn't think I'd enjoy the three hours, but I did and came out relaxed .

Today was my first visit to the salon and I honestly couldn't have had a better experience. My hair was feeling dark with a very grown-out balayage, but Anita really listened to everything I wanted and took on board all my concerns without making me feel rushed.

I wanted a brighter, more blended and natural-looking blonde colour and she absolutely delivered. The cut was fantastic too! My hair feels fresh, healthy and so much more like me again.

The whole team looked after me so well, keeping me topped up with coffee throughout which made the experience even better! Such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and I left feeling so much more confident. I’ll definitely be back for Anita to work her magic again.Thank you all so much!

Zeljana did a fantastic job on touching up my dark roots and bringing them back to life! They are now brighter for the summer and she did a great job of blending the colours. I was delighted with the service and will definitely be back

Excellent stylist

Zeljana is excellent at cutting hair and excellent at suggesting the cut that suits the client very well. She is very pleasant and takes great care of you during your appointment.

I came in today for a hair cut as I felt my hair had no style to it , I showed Vicky a photo of what I was thinking and she talked me through exactly how she’s achieve the cut and constantly kept me updated on what she was doing while she was cutting my hair .
I’m so happy with my hair cut , she listened and did exactly what I’d asked .

I was welcomed into the salon for a transformation. A great team who you can fully trust. It's funny, sometimes little miracles step in to give you a wee push into that higher version of yourself. Patrick and team gave me that wee push yesterday. He was dancing around me like Edward Scissor hands. I would say it was such a joy to cut away all that hair.

Yesterday 08.05 26 I had a haircut at Zeljana K Unfortunately, I can't give a good review.
After washing my hair, the cut is very unprofessional. it's hard to style them even when straightening The hair is frayed. I am very disappointed.
Zeljana is a nice person but unfortunately I can't give her a good review .

Always wonderful to have my hair cut and coloured by Anita. It just sits well and falls into place with a quick shake of my head when dried at home. Both Anita and Dean are always cheery. See you both again soon.

Delighted with the cut I got in the salon today

I was only in for a blow dry as I was attending a family wedding at Rathmullen. It was honestly the best experience. The salon and the attention to detail was amazing. For just a blow dry Sharon sat with me to discuss my hair and tailored the shampoo to suit my hair. I left wishing I lived closer!

I have been going to Zeljana for while now and there’s no doubt she is incredibly gifted in what she does. The attention to detail, providing her professional advice and explaining each step made me feel comfortable. I always leave the salon feeling confident and always have the best experience when I’m here

First I have to note that I hadn't been to any salon since before COVID. I just took a notion one day to get a wolf cut, so I started checking who could do them (and actually had experience with edgy cuts) locally. I had had experiences in the past where I asked for something specific at a salon here and was told they absolutely had the experience, but then left really disappointed and sometimes cried in the car because it looked so bad lol.
So I was a little nervous, but when I started looking at Patrick Gildea's social media, I could tell that there were definitely stylists who could walk the walk.
Zeljana was amazing! She listened and was honest the whole way through, and gave the best scalp massage I've ever had. The whole experience was super relaxing and chill. And the cut! Omg, I'm in love and get tons of compliments. It actually gets better everyday. It's exactly what I asked for and actually looks like all the wolf cuts I had been looking at as inspiration. I don't think I've ever been happier with a hairstyle. And that's really down to the expertise of Zeljana. All the staff were lovely and welcoming and it was just a great experience from start to finish. 😍

Fabulous experience from consultation to colour, highlights and styling. Great advice regarding duration of tranistion with a focus on scalp and hair health. Surpassed all my expectations. If you want to add something to self-care, this is it.

Another great cut and curly blow-dry. The G massage and hair treatment makes it so relaxing and hair in such great condition afterwards. Siobhan is friendly and very skilled and always very happy with my hair cut and style.

When I moved over from Essex I needed to find a fantastic hairdresser and in Sharon I did. I’ve now visited Sharon 3 times and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Today was my first appointment ever in PG and it was way beyond my expectations, from the reception, hair washing to Anita my stylist everything was outstanding. It was so professional as well as being warm and welcoming, loved it, looking forward to returning ❤️

My mum just finished her treatment and her son is getting married in two weeks,she was very stressed about her hair. Patrick took us in and explained everything and fitted her with a wig that he styled identical to her own hair. He was so thorough and made sure she was happy with every part of it and she left feeling like a new woman with her hair. Exceptional service from all staff and such kindness and compassion shown to people that are feeling very vulnerable.
