After recently moving to Worcester I booked an appointment to have my hair styled, I’m saddened to say although the cut is okay but he totally got my colour all wrong and didn’t want to listen to what I’d asked for, I think he likes the sound of his own voice. I won’t be going back to their Worcester salon so I’ll have to drive to Cheltenham instead as they actually listen to their customers.
