I visited Madames on the 27th January with my left leg in plaster. I let Adam know that I was on my way and he let me go through the rear of the salon as it was easier for me to go straight in. He made sure I was comfortable and proceeded to mix my colour up and do my roots all the time asking if I was comfortable. He helped me to the wash sink and switched on the massaging chair and with my legs raised, I honestly could have stayed there all night. Along with Louise and Becky they are all so caring.
