Warm friendly greeting on arrival. Seen on time by my stylist Melissa. Melissa asked me several questions in finding out what I wanted doing. She took the time to look at the condition and then gave me several options that she recommended. The suitability of colours available that would suit my compextion and face shape. I didn't want to rush and make a mistake, so I was very pleased that Melissa took her time. She explained from the colour chart what colours were compatible in mixing to achieve my end result.
I felt confident in my choice as Melissa was so knowledgeable and made me feel that she knew what she was talking about. Whilst having the treatment I was looked after with refreshments and not forgotten. The atmospere was so nice, friendly and happy. All the staff worked as a team and helped each other out when needed.
I was really pleased with my visit to this salon. Melissa is very experienced and knows exactly how to achieve what your asking for. In other salons you would pay more to see a top stylist like Melissa.

Fantastic as always! We worked through colour options for reds and purple's that worked with a root colour which makes the grow out less obvious. Absolutely loved the result, and can't wait to show it off.

I walked through the door and was greeted in a friendly and welcoming way by the receptionist. The booking system was easy and pleased when seen on time.
Stylist Melissa didn't rush and nothing was done until she has taken the time to sit down and listen about my colour and style ideas. Melissa was very professional and gave me helpful advice on colour and hair styles that would suit my hair type and face shape. Melissa was so skillful in getting it all as I wanted. The attention to detail was superb and Melissa gave me some tips on how to maintain the style at home. The hair colour enhanced my skin tone and I loved the modern bob style that I could manage easily.
All the staff worked as a great team, the atmosphere was friendly, relaxed in a happy salon. I will definitely be returning to this high quality professional salon.

Jane the owner has a friendly welcoming and kind salon. All the staff work together to make your visit special in a relaxed atmosphere. Their knowledge of colours and styles are amazing. Time was taken for me to be listened to and what I wanted. Melissa the stylist is extremley talented and always a professional. Melissa is a master at cuts and a perfectionist in all she does. I walked in with a curly damaged haystack and left with a new fabulous chic bob that suited my face. The mixing of colours was just right and the results looked very impressive. My hair colour and style is exactly what I wanted. I was so pleased with the results that I booked a further appointment and left with a glow!
