Usual professional service which has kept me coming back for decades

Big thank you to Ella, who did a fab job today. After a few bad experiences at different salons, I made sure to fully explain what I wanted and what had gone wrong in the past. Ella really listened and understood what I was after. She offered advice and i'm really pleased with the result, as well as looking forward to my next appt! Really appreciate that the Salon overall felt really friendly and non-judgemental that I had my 8 week old with me, who needed a nappy change and a feed whilst I was there. Thanks again!

Melissa the stylist spent time with me discussing what/how I would like my hair to look. Discussed colour change and what would work for me. Melissa was very knowledable and gave me so much good advice over colour and keeping my hair in good condition. Had a lovely relaxing hair wash. Before cutting Melissa checked with me over style and length! With the overall effect I was very pleased with the outcome.
The cost was fair for all the work I had done.
I was treated as an individual and listenned to.

I absolutely love visiting this salon! Jane always goes above and beyond to create a great look that perfectly suits me. She is incredibly talented, attentive, and truly cares about her clients. What I appreciate the most is that she doesn't just send you out the door looking great; she always recommends simple, practical ways to keep up the look at home. Thanks to her easy maintenance tips, my hair stays looking salon-fresh weeks after my appointment and i don't need to the salon very often.
The atmosphere at Hair Exchange is wonderful, and the service is unmatched. I cannot recommend Jane and this salon highly enough!

Love the colour and cut. Melissa is so experienced and always takes time to listen to what you want. Explaining what she will do. And confirming you are happy.

It is always a really pleasant experience. Great atmosphere, never rushed, very thorough with the cut and spot on with the styling.

Ella was great and I'll definitely be coming back to her when I need a refresh! She really understood "the vision" from my inspo pics and tailored it to my hair type, with a proper curly cut. The overall salon experience was comfortable and relaxing, and I would highly recommend a visit.

She made me feel at ease and took her time .
I was unsure about the length of my bangs , she did say if i decided i needed them a little shorter just to pop in or ring salon which i thought was nice .

Ive been with Melissa around 20 years since she 1st qualified. This lady is a fantastic asset to the salon and a god send especially going through changes with menopause which obviously effects hair.

I wanted a change from being blonde of one tone. Melissa has added a couple of foils to break it up. I trusted her judgement and I'm very happy with the end result.

Warm friendly greeting on arrival. Seen on time by my stylist Melissa. Melissa asked me several questions in finding out what I wanted doing. She took the time to look at the condition and then gave me several options that she recommended. The suitability of colours available that would suit my compextion and face shape. I didn't want to rush and make a mistake, so I was very pleased that Melissa took her time. She explained from the colour chart what colours were compatible in mixing to achieve my end result.
I felt confident in my choice as Melissa was so knowledgeable and made me feel that she knew what she was talking about. Whilst having the treatment I was looked after with refreshments and not forgotten. The atmospere was so nice, friendly and happy. All the staff worked as a team and helped each other out when needed.
I was really pleased with my visit to this salon. Melissa is very experienced and knows exactly how to achieve what your asking for. In other salons you would pay more to see a top stylist like Melissa.

Fantastic as always! We worked through colour options for reds and purple's that worked with a root colour which makes the grow out less obvious. Absolutely loved the result, and can't wait to show it off.

I walked through the door and was greeted in a friendly and welcoming way by the receptionist. The booking system was easy and pleased when seen on time.
Stylist Melissa didn't rush and nothing was done until she has taken the time to sit down and listen about my colour and style ideas. Melissa was very professional and gave me helpful advice on colour and hair styles that would suit my hair type and face shape. Melissa was so skillful in getting it all as I wanted. The attention to detail was superb and Melissa gave me some tips on how to maintain the style at home. The hair colour enhanced my skin tone and I loved the modern bob style that I could manage easily.
All the staff worked as a great team, the atmosphere was friendly, relaxed in a happy salon. I will definitely be returning to this high quality professional salon.
