Very friendly Salon and alwayd seen on time. Melissa always listens and will give good advice regarding colour's and style. Very experienced Hairdresser with a wealth of knowledge that is given to all her clients. Melissa treats all her clients as individuals and does take the time to get it right for you. The salon is friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door.

Ella has cut and coloured my hair a few times while Jane has been off looking after her husband. She is very professional and talented young lady. In fact the 3 staff members have stepped in and run the salon very well.

Ella is such a lovely lady very good at her job always a really excellent job on my hair and all the staff are very kind and helpful I am due back in a couple of weeks and looking forward to it thanks Ella.

My hair needed urgent attention, it was a complete mess before the visit. Jane trimmed it nicely, removed all the dead ends and explained in detail how to look after my hair. It looks a lot better now.

Melissa always listens and uses her experience when you need guidance with colour or styles. I have every confidence in Melissa as I know her standards are extremely high and will work with you to achieve the best. She always makes u feel welcome and treats you as a special client. Very rare Melissa is late for my appointments and I have never left the salon dissapointed with the NEW ME STYLE or COLOUR.

Had my hair straightened again today. After the previous treatment lasting a whole year . Mellisa always does a fantastic job . I have my hair coloured every 5 weeks and regular blow dries. This is the hair salon for me , wouldn’t go anywhere else

Mellissa is a stylist that we all thankfull for and want. She listens and discusses what our aims are before anything is done. She is a true professional with a friendly, welcoming approach. Her knowledge of hair colouring and matching tints to get the right shade is extremely skilful. Melissa is honest and will never use any expensive product that is not needed. She always encourages and advises me how to keep my hair in a good healthy conditions. She loves her job and it shines through when you are sat in front of her. She will.go above and beyond in getting it right for you. You are a valued customer and I have never felt let down or miserable with the new me hair by Melissa. Melissa is an expert in her field of work.

I recently found this shop and absolutely love how Melissa does my hair plus all the staff are very welcoming and friendly I am as all women are very fussy about my hair but I will continue to go there now from now on

Excellent service at Hair Exchange . All staff are friendly and make you very welcome. The salon has high standards of hygiene and has a lovely atmosphere. Jane is a very good stylist and keeps herself updated with hair trends and hair colours . I would highly recommend .

I had a hair change of colour which didn't work for me and after going on holiday my roots were in need of doing. Melissa put my hair back to it's usual colour and I am really happy with the result. I managed to book online which is the first time I have done that as the salon is closed Monday and Tuesday. Melissa was understanding and knows my hair and therefore put my hair back to how I like it. I am very happy

As always a great wash, cut and blow dry, what makes it extra special is that everyone always treats Carole with respect and kindness despite her having dementia and continually asking the same question over and over again, thank you, it’s always a pleasure to see her happy and I love our conversations too.

Have my hair washed and blow dried every week by Melissa and my roots done every 5 weeks. Just love going to this salon, there so friendly , there’s a special buzz about the place and great prices too. Could not imagine going anywhere else.,10 out of 10 for customer service, friendliness and of course the best hairdresser ever.
