Ellie is so lovely, really pleased with my haircut. She’s so attentive and always implements the style I want to go for, offering advice but not being forceful with her opinion. Happy I’ve found the right hair stylist that understands my needs. Greeted very well by the lady at the front desk too. Very happy with the service overall.
