Since I would be staying in Leeds for three years, why not getting my hair done here instead of going back home in Italy and buy the ticket only because of my hair.
I asked for the best hierarchy service in color and a senior stylist for the cut.
The guy who had to colour my hair, I showed him my pictures -6 years having the same colour, so not impossible to do-. In spite of this, he very kindly asked me to get in touch with my hairdresser back home so we could have an idea of the tones and colours mixed. I contacted my hair dresser and was provided all the information.
The result was a disaster: two times bleach/ home is only once. Next, he added a tone and the result was yellow ..
The hair styler instead approached me with alternative but really non-sense. Nevertheless my hair was not blonde, but ash and violet.
The cut was nice. I paid £147 (when home is €90). However, I understand that different country, different standards, different prices.
And gave £10 tip to the guy who cut my hair, just because he tried to do sth and in his capacity the impossible with the colour too- to repair what the other before him did. I appreciated this!
The other who coloured my hair at the end was justifying himself... They are nice and kind staff, no complaints about it.
Nonetheless, a client does not go there to pay £147 for the kindness service but for a hair service.
