I made an appointment online then accidentally missed my appointment as I had booked the wrong day (completely my fault ) the salon did there best to fit me in and didn’t make me feel bad or guilty for not showing up the day before . I believe the girl that did my waxing was called Sophie she was very professional but also chatty and friendly, I will definitely be returning
