First time visiting Concepts and it was an extremely positive experience. I booked in with Nikki off the back of a recommendation and she didnt fail to impress me. She made me feel relaxed, comfortable and confident about my treatment and talked me through my treatment from beginning to end so I knew what was happening. Nikki was gentle in her approach, professional and knowledgeable in what she does. Nikki also advised me on further treatment IPL but in no way shape or form pressured me into taking on this treatment until I had read up on what it is all about. She printed off the information to read along with a price list. It was all helpful advise. I have pre-booked with Nikki for same treatment as today with the intention of further discussing IPL with hopefully going ahead to starting the treatment. Concepts is a lovely salon and you do leave feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend Concepts and Nikki too, she is a senior therapist with many many years experience :)
