I came on Saturday morning with my friend as a treat and it was everything I expected and more. The service was very friendly and personal, but I have to say the highlight was the hot stone massage, it was so relaxing……. We will definitely be back…..
Ive had a fantastic pedi today its a new one the salon is doing the medi pedi absolutley fabulous ,Sam did my treatment it was lovely and relaxing ,i can recommend this treatment, but Creative Beauty is a fantastic salon with fantastic staff they go above an beyond ,great experiance

I have visited this salon recently and would like to share my fabulous experience.
The salon itself is so quaint and stunning inside, all decor is beautiful.
All staff members were so friendly and welcoming, also loved the pink uniforms!
I had a mini spa day with my friend and have never felt so relaxed and comfortable.
My hot stone massage was heaven, the placement and heat of the stones have relieved all my tension and stress.
I also had a spa facial, the products smelt and felt lovely on my skin, included in the facial was a chest, shoulder, face and scalp massage which I think I feel asleep so relaxed!
The heated blankets and duvets made it so cosy and warm throughout the treatments.
I would highly recommend this salon/spa and will defiantly be going again. They do so many different packages and offers with plenty treatments to try.
The nicest salon I have been to yet and again all staff were so lovely.

At the time of the massage, I felt too vulnerable to mention anything. However the next day I decided to private message the spa for how inattentive, noisy the therapist was throughout my treatment.
The spa owner’s response was ‘I’ll pass on your feedback, but Lily normally get 5 star feedback’ and never responded to any of my concerns afterwards, including my question of why I was chosen to have a not 5 star service.
She then proceeded to fiercely defend that it is the normal procedure of using clients’ body parts as a table to rest the hot stones, how it helps the customers to absorb the positive energy from the stones. Her theory was proven wrong when she sent me a photo, of which I pointed out the stones were two body parts away from where they should be. I was dismissed, my question of why not use the trolley was ignored, and was advised to choose lava shell massage instead if I don’t want my buttocks to be used next time.
I was offered 50% off next time, but it’s a no brainer that it would be silly as they now operate at a ‘we are never at fault’ way and no longer care how relaxed a customer should feel after a spa. And the fact that it may be pot luck as to whether customers will receive a 5 star service (she also reminded me I chose a discounted package… which are the majority of the packages they offer nowadays)
The kids have just had their brows waxed and acrylic nails done for Prom tomorrow night. Always exceptional service in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere (especially if your teens are little balls of anxiety) and oh my days the nails look amazing!!! Thank you as ever xxx

Had a wonderful spa day , the salon is absolutely stunning , the therapists that have joined the salon over the last year are extremely professional and friendly , the new decking area is an absolute delight can’t wait to revisit , we also felt extremely safe as it’s very Covid secure.

Not at all the tranquil, warm experience promised in advertising. Therapists running roundlike headless chickens under pressure of time - appointments obviously booked too close together. No 'smilie' or warm welcome from receptionist. Treatment rushed - chair uncomfortable - not the fault of the therapist. Overall felt like a commodity on a conveyer belt - this was not a good 'Therapy' experience.
I’m last minute.com and was desperate for holidays nails. I contacted CB who jiggled appointments to get me in. Paige did my nails and wow. This lady is a perfectionist. My toes have never looked as good. The shape, the colour, the care taken with the cuticles. I won’t be going anywhere else for my treatments now. Thank you.
