I’ve been going to Caroline for longer than I can remember now. She is incredibly talented, but what really makes her special is how warm and genuine she is. She always remembers our previous conversations, which makes every appointment feel so personal and she creates such a comfortable, relaxed experience every time. It never feels rushed and you feel she loves what she does. I look forward to every visit.
Had an appointment this Wednesday for a cut and root touch up with Emma. This was my first appointment after moving to the area, and I have booked in for my next appointment straight away. The service was brilliant, Emma and the team made me feel really welcome and comfortable. Emma did a fantastic job on my cut and colour, and I’m looking forward to coming back.

Emma is incredible. She not only works her magic in terms of colour, but shares her endless knowledge of what my hair needs to move towards my end goal.
