Very nervous about the appointment but there was absolutely no need to be . All the staff were very welcoming and Joe was waiting at reception for me which I thought was a nice touch . Initially Joe asked me what I was wanting and fortunately I had pictures of how I wanted my hair to look . He talked me through everything making sure that at any time I could stop him and ask questions about the process . He explained what he was going to do and at intervals he showed me what he had done which gave me the chance to say whether I was happy or not . He has obviously been well taught both in his ability at. hairstyling but also his manner . I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and don’t think I need to be nervous again x Thank you Joe

Elyse as usual makes a really great job. I have very thin hair which has a mind of it's own. Elyse tames it and always sends me home looking and feeling good. This just does not last for the day she does it but right through tomy following visit. I an nor recommend her enough.

Such a wonderful experience i had at the hairdressers today. I have a hair treat only once every year or so. I usually try something different each time,to give myself a boost of confidence with a new look, hoping for a new outlook on life.
